LensCrafters Boulder is by far the best location in the area, and I can't recommend them highly enough. While I'm sure there are wonderful people at every LensCrafters location, I consistently drive past closer stores to visit this Boulder location specifically because of Mike and Pam.
Mike and Pam are exceptional - their combination of kindness, friendliness, and genuine positive approach creates an outstanding customer experience every single time. What truly sets them apart is their extensive knowledge and obvious passion for eyeglasses and eyewear. They don't just help you find glasses; they take the time to understand your needs and guide you to the perfect solution with expertise and enthusiasm.
I've been to several LensCrafters locations, but Mike and Pam's consistent, personalized service keeps me coming back. They make what could be a routine transaction feel like you're being helped by knowledgeable friends who truly care about getting you the best possible result. These two employees are what make this store exceptional - they've earned my loyalty and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyewear needs!

I came into this store because my wife wanted to try out new frames because her old ones just weren't exactly what she wants. Isabell helped us and they were very kind and patient with us while my spouse tried on glasses. We found a pair that she really loved and we appreciated the excellent customer service they provided. We will be back for these frames!

Besides not being handicap accessible for wheelchair users. I just got my glasses after almost 3 months!!!!! They screwed up my sunglasses twice and my reading glasses 4 times. Lied to, glasses with hardly any bifocal, to different-sized bifocal, to losing them, to 'Oh my god, I spent nearly $800 there and they don't care.' Buyer beware - what a joke, and my prescription isn't even correct. Loss of money, time, and patience. RIDICULOUS business. I would NEVER recommend them or go back EVER!

This store is great! It was very apparent that they genuinely wanted to understand my problem and to come up with the best solution for it. There was a very specific screw type that was needed for my glasses and they really didn't have to try as hard as they did to find it because there were other less good options for my stripped hinges. I'm very grateful.

Mike was so helpful! I don’t normally wear glasses so was not sure what to do when I was looking for help fixing my vintage sunglasses. Luckily I found LensCrafters Boulder and found out they can fix and clean them on the house. I was in shock. Amazing service, thank you!

The employees are nice, the company itself is absolutely miserable. The quality of their products, corporate customer service, and shipping partners all need major improvements. I would recommend ANYWHERE else for your optical needs.

I'm so happy about my experience with this Lenscrafters and their optometrist. From scheduling to picking up my new glasses everyone provided fantastic service. The lady that handles the front desk was wonderfully communicative prior to my appointment and did such a great job with the pre-exam testing. The doctor helped instill so much trust after a bad experience somewhere else with her bedside manner and knowledge. All of the salespeople were so friendly and helpful and did a great job helping me find new glasses. Every time I've entered it's wildly apparent how much they all love being there and building relationships with their customers!

Had a great experience here. I had lost my glasses and was relieved that they were able to order that same style of glasses for me that I had purchased there years ago. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
