DO NOT USE THEM!! Buyer beware! They will DOUBLE your rate after a few months for no reason. The doors are also falling apart and they don't respond to requests to fix them. Their storage sizing is also incorrect. Terrible experience all around.

I have had storage here for many years. During the big flood in 2013 there was good communication and none of my stuff was damaged even though my unit was near the office which flooded. Recently, I wanted to move out of my unit and realized it was the day of my payment which had already gone through on auto pay.The manager was very friendly and helpful and handled reversing the charge so I would not need to pay for another month if we could get everything out by the end of the day. I did not get there until 1 hour before the office closing. We got stuff out of the unit and came back several times after the office closed making trips to remove everything. Another staff member checked out our unit and verified we had everything out and they take care of sweeping and cleaning the unit. I felt they went above and beyond to work with me. In moving out of a different company's storage unit in the past we had to give advanced notice and we had to sweep out the unit. If I need storage again I will definitely use this location and highly recommend them.

This is the best storage unit I've ever used, and I've used a lot of them. The manager Tiffany is super nice, and always gets you the best deal. Plus they have a security guard on property overnight.
