From the very beginning, Extra Space Storage in North Boulder has been nothing short of outstanding. They’ve been incredibly accommodating, genuinely affordable, and above all, impressively personable. I had the pleasure of meeting the facility manager on site, who was direct, professional, and truly pleasant to work with.
What really blew me away, though, was the level of service I received even when I wasn’t present. Another facility manager went out of their way to help coordinate a move for me remotely, and they handled it with such care and attentiveness—it far exceeded my expectations.
If I could give this place six stars, I absolutely would. I’m honestly floored by the customer service. I can’t stop singing their praises—thank you, Extra Space Storage!
