This is a physical store, with clothes, where you can’t buy any of the actual clothes. You have to order them online. I’ll say it again: this is a PHYSICAL STORE where you CAN’T BUY ANYTHING. Literally the stupidest business model I’ve ever seen in my life.

This was my first visit to an official Bonobos Guideshop, and it was to return shirts I bought online that were too small. What a great experience I had working with Kameesha! She was really helpful and patient with me and my body image issues. :-) I found two Tech Shirts in Standard XL that fit great.

I last bought a suit some time in the mid-90's. It was ill-fitting and I only wore it when I had to. After months of pleading, my wife finally got me to shop for a new suit. I don't like clothes shopping. I don't like spending money on clothes. I don't like trying them on. My experience at Bonobos was awesome. Amy helped me through the process, offering opinions when it mattered but leaving decisions to me. I ended up with well-fitting clothes that look and feel great. I am so pleasantly surprised.

I've purchased Bonobos online and I like their merchandise.However, their brick and mortar locations are a waste of time. You cannot actually buy any clothes in the store, they have to ship everything. It's just a less convenient way to order from them online.Online shopping is great, I do it all the time. If I go to a brick and mortar retail store it is because I'd like to purchase and recieve items more quickly than I would be able to online, and Bonobos' retail model completely defeats that purpose.Also, what on earth kind of fitting rooms do not have mirrors. Perhaps they're going for some kind of concierge shopping experience, which is really not for me.

Had a great experience here. Amy did too good of a job and I ended up getting 9 items. Will be shopping here a great deal in the future and you should too. They size you and then give great options to see what you like. Highly recommend!

Ordered a pair of pants that I tried on in the store that were listed in stock, company cancelled my order 4 weeks later without explanation. Re ordered off their website as store employee suggested, 11 days later received an email that my order was cancelled, again without explanation. Called customer service and no explanation given. Asked if I should try ordering again since they were still listed as being in stock and was told I shouldn't bother. Went to local store to ask for assistance, none forthcoming. Needless to say I won't be shopping here again and CANNOT recommend to anyone.

I have been to Bonobos twice now and specifically worked with Daniel, their lead guide. Both occasions were getting fitted for a wedding event of some sort. Each time was consistent in being such a smooth and incredible experience. The team is great to work with, I feel like I was not being oversold, and that my needs were met with extreme precision.I now look for Bonobos wherever I go as I can tell that the customer experience goes beyond just the local team (though the Boulder team is pretty hard to beat). Thanks again - I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

I placed an order online from this Walmart owned clothing company back on May 13th. It is now June 9th, 28 days later and they still have not shipped my order. I have been told via online chat that they have fulfilled and shipped orders placed after mine. There are multiple recent BBB complaints against this business. Save yourself the time and shop elsewhere.

I work in a Boulder for an outdoor apparel brand - went to Bonobos to get a few new set of clothes for days in the office. The store claims you get a personal concierge who will help you get the perfect fit - however I found my guide insulting and I left the store feeling down.I am 5-8, 170lb - and consider myself an averaged sized guy in Boulder. I went through the Bonobos "Journey" - or in other words I tried on a bunch of shirts and pants in a fitting room. I locked in the perfect sizing and was excited for the next step - but when I came out my "guide" told me they did not have any pants in my size other than some odd looking dress pants with zippers. When I told her dress pants aren't really appropriate in my office, she rolled her eyes and questioned whether I had any idea what I was talking about.Disappointed, my guide took me on the next up in the journey: dress shirts. For me, this involved my guide quickly zooming in and out of images of multiple red, plaid shirts on a tablet. I told her I was looking for shirts that were more solid colors - not red. Once again, she rolled her eyes and told me "you are very short and we don't do alterations - so your color options are limited." And then she oddly shoved another red shirt image in my face. At that point I respectfully told her I was going to look somewhere else. My guide actually got angry at me and said "Dog, it's not my problem you are short." I couldn't believe my ears! It's a real shame because the clothes look cool and I wanted to pick up a bunch of new fits. Perhaps they need to use once of those minimum height lines before entering the store, so us short guys don't waste our time trying on a bunch of clothes we'll never be allowed to purchase.

These guys are the bomb dot com. Like a classic procrastinator I came in looking for a suit about a day before I actually needed it in a different state. They fit me and we found everything that worked for my size. The real kicker is that they called a different store closer to where I was heading so I could just pick it up there. 10/10 would shop again. Plus they're sustainable AF so that's a dub.
