The people around Lou call him a miracle worker and I'd agree with them. We had a situations most banks weren't interested in dealing with, but Lou was willing to hear us out, find what worked, and guide us through the whole process. He was up front at all times about how he gets paid, what I'm expected to pay, what he's able to influence, what he isn't, and how the gears of the mortgage process turn. I'm the kind of guy who independently verifies what people tell me to see if they're full of it, and from what I've seen Lou isn't. I suspect Lou lives and breathes mortgage news and information (he even has a YouTube channel!) so if you're not careful he'll talk WAAAY over your head, just remind him to dumb it down a little for you :)
