I think this is the best Lululemon store I’ve experienced, not just in Colorado but in general. Great stock/selection, friendly people, wonderful customer service.

Walked in to pick up an online order and was not greeted until maybe 4 mins later. The girl was very short with me and not friendly at all. Walking into “higher end” places like this can be intimidating for many because of the customer service reputation a lot of these stores have and it’s truly disappointing that some stores live up to that reputation like this store. Won’t be coming here anymore, I’ll go to my friendly southlands store instead.

I came to the store two days ago and bought a size 6 bra. I asked if they had sizes 8 or 10, and they said no. They said if they didn't fit me, could they give me store credit. I came back today, and other person told me this ítem it was a discounted purchase, they couldn't refund my money or give me store credit.
Are you serious? Why didn't you explain that to me two days ago? I gave you $50 because I'm not going to use the bra. Terrible service.!

I invested in a nice winter coat from Lulu lemon that I thought I'd have forever, so I took great care of it and still only got two years out of it as the zipper came off. Online forms required all sorts of information I no longer had. It seems complaints about their product quality are trending, and I can confirm that I was sold a product that wasn't worth the investment.

QUINN IS INCREDIBLE! She immediately greeted us and was an incredible help and joy while we shopped. She went above and beyond and we will be returning thanks to Quinn. We felt totally at home and genuinely taken care of.

Friendly and helpful staff who aren’t overly pushy for sales. I found myself having to exchange a shirt here during my stay and they made it very easy and simple.
