The workers are very rude, I asked a simple question about a product and she was beyond rude and snarky. Then going to check out we literally waited 10 minutes or more before someone came up while there was a worker right behind us doing nothing. Horrible customer service.

This was my first time in Boulder as well as my first time as Lush and let me tell you, I will be back to both!!! Gwen was soo sweet and patient with explaining all of the products Lush had to offer. She made my experience at Lush a fun one.

What a Great experience today! Gwen greeted me with a Smile and Warm demeanor, which was uplifting and needed. Gwen listened to my needs, asked the right questions and made sure I left with the right stuff! At checkout, Wren saw one of the products I had in hand, gave me a personal recommendation on it, which got me more excited to try it, and pointed out a nifty hack with the tins for bars. And the Finale - Jenny made sure my exchange went flawlessly and with kindness. This is what shopping should always be about - feeling good and excited on the way out. I will return!

The customer service in this store was great. All employees were approachable and kind but not pushy. I love that you can smell and sample and test most items before deciding.

Lush on Pearl Street is amazing! The store smells incredible as soon as you walk in. They have the coolest bath bombs, so unique with many colors and scents. It’s such a happy place to shop!

My daughter had her 9th birthday party here. They did an amazing job!! The kids made bath bombs, did face masks, lip treatments, and played games. My daughter was very happy with it, and her friends had a blast. They even put on a music playlist my daughter made. We also felt price was reasonable for the service provided, and it was a good value. We will be returning next year for my other daughter’s party too

i LOVE this place, the workers here are always so kind :) absolutely in love with my sticky dates body spray and shower gel, also the posh chocolate body wash is so good too.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. If a product has a problem or doesn’t work for you they’re so good at replacing or fixing the issue however possible. Fantastic store, hope corporate treats this team right!!
