Bought a car from these guys a couple months ago. My sales rep was great, we had some issues with the trade that took some time to resolve and they were very patient and they also kept their end of a windshield replacement promise.
However, it is a day before my temp tag expires and the DMV told me they have not received any paperwork for the vehicle, meaning even if it was submitted today, I have to wait on the inept Colorado DMV to do their part (another 6 weeks if I'm lucky)
In my efforts to resolve this, I have been told to call now three different Mike Maroone dealerships to find the right person to talk to, finding nothing but terrible AI answering machines and anonymous voicemail boxes. (Why isn't the title clerk for the dealer who sold the vehicle at the dealer that sold the vehicle??) It seems to me submitting registration paperwork is a basic and automatic task for a dealership, so I'm a little concerned about their ability to honor service agreements, etc down the line.
Edit- thanks to a manager out there I had a new temp overnighted to me and they are working hard and get the plate stuff handled. They came through for sure, let's hope the DMV will as well.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from McCaddon because of the service department. They treat me like I am their only customer. Jon Berry in service is a great communicator and updates me on the timeline to when the service is complete.

I bought a truck there and started failing after a week, they replaced one turbo and just a year after it failed again, about a week after i bought it the ac broke down, the sun roof wouldn't close and when i took it to get it fixed they broke it more, I talked to 3 different people about getting my truck diagnosed and none of them told me they couldn't because they don't work with Ford trucks, if there was more communication between the staff they would've saved me 2 hours of driving there and back, my truck completely broke down after driving over there. Worst buy I've ever made.
