Just renewed my lease. Smooth experiences with their new management. Maintenance requests have been resolved quickly. Common areas are well kept.

Went on a tour, apartment was decent but stair going up were falling apart and felt like they hadn’t been touched since property was built. After receiving the lease agreement they were very unreasonable and had fines for every possible thing such as $1000 fine for a single nail hole in the wall. When we tried to negotiate and ask why they were charging for year round snow removal they would not talk or negotiate lease at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LOOKING AT ANY PROPERTIES OWNED BY THIS COMPANY OR EVEN DEALING WITH THEM AT ALL!!!!

Terrible experience overall. Wasted a lot of me and my friends time with a very long terrible lease. So many issues with the lease and no changes can be made to it. Whole thing is sketchy and seems like a scam to me.

I lived here for 3 years and have never had a good experience with them. I no longer live at one of their properties but I am still fighting with them about receiving the full amount of my security deposit back (they didn’t want to pay interest which is required by Boulder law). They will not ever respond to you until you threaten to sue them for their blatant disregard of the law. They allow their properties to fall into disrepair for deferred maintenance and do everything in their power to make sure that your time in one of their properties will be miserable. Do not rent from them. They are not worth it, they will just end up making your life miserable. The people that work there always say they are too busy to help you with anything. Overall they should be out of business, don’t rent with them. If you think I’m being extreme, read some of the other reviews. They obviously don’t know how to manage properties and are just looking for college students to take advantage of.

They are sketchy as hell!!!! Went to the management office. The window blinds were up and I saw a lady sitting at her desk. I went to knock on the door and no one answered. Rang the door bell no one answered. Knocked again and no one answered. Went to look inside the window and the lady was gone. Returned later 3 mins and the blinds were up. They don’t want to help you at all. Now we’re stuck with a one year lease.

Terrible. Does not respond to calls, emails, texts, nothing. Do not rent with this company.

Worst rental company of all time. They occasionally fix things, but they take about a month to respond to you when you’re trying to renew your lease.

Don’t bother getting excited from a property you find through metrowest. They don’t have a real phone number to call (only an emergency line based out of Atlanta, Georgia) and they still haven’t answered my four emails I sent them last week. A very sketchy management company.

Very difficult to reach by phone or email - would highly recommend just going to their address and knocking on the door! That is (quite literally) the only way I've been able to discuss anything with them successfully. Maintenance was pretty good. Security deposit was bullshit of course. The place was spotless, but we were charged over 1000.

Metrowest is the VERY worst real estate agent that I have ever seen, in 50+ years. They are terrible at client service, the treat students' PARENTS like crap, and should not be trusted. I have tried talking to them multiple times, but they don't answer the phone. They are basically a "boiler room" manager. I have warned the CU Dean of Students, but they cannot seem to bond together and get these guys to do the minimum required to be in business. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

This is by far the worst slumlord rental agency in the entire city. They don't have office hours and they don't even have a phone number to speak to someone who actually works for the company. It's just a horrible person at a call center who literally knows nothing and talks to you like they hate you for calling. They'll take your complaint and the company will MAYBE email you back weeks later. They don't fix anything you need fixed but invite themselves into the property on a regular basis to do whatever they please without notice. They never give 24 hours notice which is the LAW and then point to their illegal lease clauses which say they can basically do whatever they want. I lived in one of their units for over 3 years and it was truly an awful experience. These people do not care about their tenants at all and will do anything to avoid taking care of the property. The owners are nasty people who will not hesitate to start shouting at you if they don't like what you're saying. Truly ugly and an embarrassment. These people have no business owning a company and should be investigated by the authorities. I wouldn't condemn my worst enemy to live in their awful shanties. These people are horrible and I wish the worst for them. I've never despised a landlord so much and these people bathe in it. They love being horrible.

Metro West Investments is sincerely the most poorly run, dishonest, and ethically unstable organization I have ever come across. I’ve been renting from them for about a year and I honestly am impressed at their complete disregard and disrespect for their customers: their “service” is basically nonexistent, their real estate is far from maintained, and their lease agreements are borderline criminal. If you ever feel the need to work with this company I strongly suggest you run in the opposite direction of this financial garbage disposal that calls itself a company.

I’m so proud and happy to work for Metro West Investments….said no one ever! I have no words for how pathetic and disgusting this company is. It makes me sick every time I think of letting my daughter live in one of the properties that they manage while at school at CU Boulder. I’m shocked every time I see 1.4 stars… Like how did they get such a high rating? These people don’t even sign their emails with an actual name… They love to hide behind their computer while being completely uncaring, unprofessional and essentially corrupt. A corrupt business representing corrupt landlords. You wonder how they can sleep at night? Because they have no conscience.

this is a microcosm of the housing crisis in the us. Evil and apathetic investors who know they can screw over any and everyone over at every chance possible. I don't know how any of these people sleep at night knowing how unlivable most of these apartments are. They should be sued and investigated for price gouging and other unethical practices. there are hundreds of other properties to live in, avoid this one at all cost. I swear!

If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD. Seriously they’re worse than four star so NOT make the mistake of living with them. My window has been broken since October (I’m writing this in January) and it’s still not fixed! The cold air leaks into my room all night! And one of our showers doesn’t work properly and guess what. They STILL haven’t fixed it. I’m fr do not lease with these guys they’re by far the worst undergraduate housing in all of boulder
