The front end recepcionist was on the phone for about 15 minutes without even looking at the 4 people that were in line She got off the phone aggravated and didn't even greet us .Me and my parents started coming here about a year agao and never received such poor custome service.Definetily questioning if we should even come back .

I had a great appointment at MyEyeDr in Boulder. Nikki was very welcoming and Rebecca the tech was kind and efficient! Dr. Oneby was a joy to talk to while being thorough and explaining everything clearly. Jack helped me get my order in and was very nice. I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommend coming here for all your eye health or eye wear needs! Thanks all for a great visit!

I have been a patient of this office dating back to when they were privately owned and wonderful. I recently had new lenses ordered. There was a lengthy delay due to them arriving but apparently being cut incorrectly. I understand that issues can happen, especially since the holidays occurred a week later. What matters is how they are dealt with, and this office dropped the ball despite being offered multiple chances to make their mistake right.At first, the tech blamed not having the frames available as the reason why this issue occurred. Not only was this not communicated to me promptly, the same frames in question were sitting out in the lobby, still for sale.I was then given a different excuse from the apparent manager and told that even if they had sent in the frames and mine were broken in the process, I'd have only been given half a refund anyway.Hearing that they wouldn't even stand behind their work as a hypothetical was the final straw for me. My years of loyalty didn't matter one iota to this office, and they don't take any responsibility for their issues.I won't be returning, and I urge everyone in Boulder to find a different option.

Always impressed by the level of customer service here. Was a patient for several years and returned after a negative experience elsewhere. Worth the drive up from Denver. Very accommodating and helpful.

Recently someone I knew went in with a question about insurance and happened to talk to a lady upfront who was extremely rude, condescending, and most importantly unprofessional in how she handled it. A couple simple questions that regard her everyday work. It is unbelievable that stuff like this goes uncommented on by the main physicians when they see it happening. Get your act together.

My daughter is in college in Boulder and this was the place she found for her annual eye exam - the first time she had arranged this on her own. They were very easy to schedule with and in no way tried to upsell her any type of service or product. I spoke with them about price checking contacts, ordering contacts, and later for rebate information. I must have spoken with 4 different people at different times and every single one was kind and friendly, as well as helpful. This is not always the case these days in medical offices (or any customer/patient service based industry) and should be appreciated when it is.
