I’ve been shopping here since they opened and I’ve gotten a lot of good stuff here. Unfortunately my last visit the evening of June 14 was overshadowed by being straight-up insulted by an associate/manager (I’m not sure which). She was the closest person around, I said excuse me, I have a question about trying these on, she was real short and clearly annoyed by me. I thought to say sorry to bother you but she was already gone. Not sure what’s happened to this place, hopefully that was a one-time experience.

Spent 450$ here and used 9 50$ gift cards and one of the shoes didn’t fit so I needed to return and the lady had to call the manager because they couldn’t pull up my receipt with any of the gift cards so she wouldn’t return them and they were $130 carthart boots. Then they pulled the “the shoes look worn anyway” pathetic

One of the best places to shop in store for deals in Boulder. Great selection of running shoes and athletic gear, for half the price you'd pay at a normal retail store.

I drove 30 minutes after CALLING AHEAD and asking if they had skims shapewear bodysuits and was told “yes, we have multiple different styles.” I got there and there were 2 skims racks. One was clearance tank tops and pajamas. The other one was entirely and completely empty. Nothing there. The sales representative I spoke with at the store was extremely dismissive and continued to “talk to me;” with her back to me, Also everything is extremely overpriced and scattered. Won’t be going to this location again. Sad.

Manager Bianca was rude. That type of customer service doesn’t live up to the high level of service I’m used to receiving from Nordstrom stores.

Love that they have discounted designer clothing there. On my budget, I had to stick to the clearance area. But they have a lot of really nice clothing on those as well. Let's just say that I have a business dressy outfit to wear to almost every fancy occasion. Don't know when that will be but I've still have great taste and still know how to put pieces together for any frame! That's an artist for you!

I actually like this store a lot but Nordstrom has started sending marketing emails without unsubscribe likes, falsely claiming they are service emails. Spam without an unsubscribe link. Voicing my objection to that shameful behavior here.
