Manny is always smiling & happy. Even though the parking lot can be crazy it’s nice to drop in & pick up our mail to such friendly staff. I see Manny the most during business hours & as a business owner myself I know reviews matter.

PakMail of Boulder, a company I’ve never worked with before, was a lifesaver this week! I needed to do an emergency moveout from my daughter’s dorm room with items to be shipped from Boulder to CT.
PakMail showed up the next morning after I called them and took the 7 totes, ottoman/stool and 1 wooden framed wall hanging away to pack up and mail to the east coast.
They called me a couple of hours later to give the price and bingo, shipping was underway. I received the receipt with tracking numbers in an email.
Manny was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process and I couldn’t be more grateful for the help.
Highest recommendations for PakMail Boulder, hands down!

Lost one of the very first packages I gave them. I dtopped off for a UPS puck up and UPS never got the package. I cannot file a claim with UPS because they never got the package. Pak Mail informed me every package that is dtopped off makes it to UPS. I had labels printed at Pak Makl and I oerdonally handed the packages to the clerk, it was the end if the day so I trusted he would get the packages to UPS. I will never drop packages here ever again. I have dealt with Pak Mail indirectly for over 20 years through another business si I trusted them. Unfortunately the customer service just wasnt there for me and now I have to eat the $100 worth if products that was list.

I rented a virtual mailbox through Anytime Mailbox, which routed through PakMail at 2525 Arapahoe Ave Ste E4 #260, Boulder, CO. Despite paying on time and submitting full verification, my box was clearly reused or mismanaged. Important legal and financial documents were lost or delivered to the wrong recipient.
This has caused me financial harm, brand confusion, and now forces me to redo my LLC, EIN, DUNS, and other business filings

Been in twice to drop off clothing returns in the past couple weeks. Both times they saw the box and the shipping label and told me I was good to go. No nonsense, no questions asked, they just handle it all. 10/10 all my returns will be going here as long as I live close by.

I asked PakMail to send a small antique desk and chair to PA. They put both in one box with no packing material so both items arrived damaged. It seems obvious that the two items would slide around and bump each other. I was refunded $200 of the $1600 fee and we were told to file a claim with the shipping company. I do not recommend this PakMail.
