Horrible service! Wish I could give 0 stars. All 3 sales people were at the cashier talking and when I asked for help I was told, “what size do you need?”Save your time, go somewhere we’re they actually care and want your business.Where did the simple question “how can I help you” go? I needed help finding shoes to support plantar fasciitis pain.To make things worse, each sales person went different ways to assist other people on the floor. Sure, I may have misunderstood who was going to help me, but after obviously looking confused and standing around next to each of them for a while I can’t believe that none of them followed up with me to see if I had gotten the help I needed.I asked one of them, “I’m sorry, where you going to help me?” And they said no, the other sales person was.As I was making my way out the door, I over heard the one ask the other, we’re you helping her? I the other said, “no”.

I ordered boots online that weren't available anywhere. They were Euro sized and I took a shot and ordered a size up and glad I did. The price was the same as other stores but no one had them in stock. Their service of shipping was amazing. I got them in 3 days! I would definitely buy from them again!

We walked in bc I was wanting a pair of the sea-foam colored Gizeh Birkenstocks, we told they close in 10 mins before saying anything to us. We walked out.

I had a wonderful experience at Pedestrian Shop on Pearl St. This was all due to Fernanda who first assisted me over the phone and then again in store. Her customer service was fantastic, as was the in store selection of Birkenstock styles and sizes. I will definitely shop here again and ask for Fernanda.

We stopped here to purchase some Lems, I was looking at the Primal 2s which they did have in stock. The associate asked if I've seen the primal zens and I had let them know I really wanted the 2s. They found my size and brought it out but I found that the 2s had a weird tread that was very unlike the Boulder boot and I wasn't happy about it. The associate brought up the zens again and we tried a set out. They fit so much better and I'm so glad they pushed me to consider them! Lems are tough to order online from due to the return policy so I'm super glad to have access to Pedestrian Shops to try them on before purchasing!

First time buying barefoot shoes and Cole was very helpful, friendly and informative throughout my purchase. I appreciated the sizing help and him taking the time to answer all my questions. Perfect example of what customer service should be. The two other gentleman who were around and offered my help get 5 stars too! Thanks y’all!

Always super happy to bring out of town guests to the Ped Shop. The staff is friendly and the shoes are the best in town. Zoe is fantastic and always willing to go over and above for our out of town guests. Best shoe store in Boulder!!!

I was surprised at the poor service from such an upscale expensive store. A poorly dressed clerk just tossed the shoe box on the uncomfortable wooded bench and said try these on then walked away. At 160 a pair you are better off buying on the internet.

Bought a pair of Birkenstocks here. Service was amazing. Even on a busy Sunday an employee helped me find my shoes within 5 minutes. They also allow for a 10 day trail period as long as you don't use them outside which is fair. Overall great selection and service.
