I recently visited Peppercorn to update my home, but I walked in feeling a bit overwhelmed and without a clear plan. Fortunately, one of the sales associates, Chance (I believe), was incredibly helpful. He guided me through the entire store, presenting a variety of options tailored to my needs. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me put together the perfect setup—just the essentials, without any unnecessary extras I know I’d never use. Chance was very thoughtful and considerate of me and my specific needs. He asked me questions I had never considered, which helped me achieve the vision I had of my home. I’m absolutely thrilled with everything I purchased, and it feels great to have a kitchen and home that fits my needs perfectly. It was such a positive experience, and customer service like this is truly rare. I’ll definitely be back!

This store is so cool!!! It’s not as touristy or chatski as other stores in the area.
They have gator sauce!!! Which is basically impossible to find anywhere that’s not the east coast. 👏
They also have a bathroom which was really nice to have!

Don't by a gift here... the recipient won't be able to return it! ( WITH a peppercorn sticker on the back w price!).
What if, a. You don't know who gave it to you (one of mine, from a swap) or
b. You don't want to hurt their feelings and ask them for their info... the girl who helped me asked if I had his cc number?! Seriously!?!? She didn't try to make it better. Get a Mgr. Nothing. She was Asian and super not helpful.
P.s. i have spent spent a small fortune.. the place is expensive, I'm a local and they shouldn't be so cheap. Poor form

Love love love Peppercorn! Any cooking or hosting item you need, they have it. My favorite store on Pearl Street!
Only thing they need to work on is their tags are a pain to remove from the items that you buy. The stickers never come off cleanly and leave behind a residue.

Peppercorn is the best spot in the Denver area to purchase gifts and stocking stuffers for just about anyone on your gifting list. I always find just the right gifts and a little something for myself.

We were at the store when they opened today looking for a Nespresso coffee maker. For some reason the person in that department did not want to help us or sell the machine. We are loyal customers of the store and have been going there for as long as we’ve been in Boulder but never treated worse or totally ignored. There goes a $235 sale, lost to Target.
