They always have my pets’ food in stock, as well as a great selection of toys, treats, etc. The staff is always friendly & helpful; the pups love a trip here.

Don’t typically review places, but today feel the need to give a shout out to the awesome groomers here. Let’s just say our dogs can be a real handful, and Kenzie S worked so well with them! Not only did she give a great cut, but you can see how much she loves and looks out for the dogs while in her care. Brooke runs a great shop there - we will continue with them for many more years!

I highly recommend the dog training classes at the Boulder Pet Smart with Brooklyn. We took our 6 month Golden Retriever Puppy to the beginner and intermediate classes, and the results were amazing. Brooklyn did an amazing job training our pup, and “training” his humans, who needed it too! Thank you!

Overall, they do a pretty good job and care for your four-legged baby. There are a few staff there. That give me reason to pause and why they would be caring for pets.

Adam was extremely helpful when I had to buy some last-minute food for our dog. They didn't have the brand that we're used to in stock and they were able to point me in the right direction with multiple suggestions. Thank you soooo much for the recommendations and the wonderful customer service!

Scheduled a grooming appointment here. They left a voicemail and told me I had to reschedule because the groomer was having an emergency surgery. No big deal, I called back and my call was forwarded to the front and they simply answered “hello?”, forwarded me back to the groomers after I told them what I needed, and after the groomers didn’t answer again, it forwarded me back to the front where they again answered “hello?”. I’m thinking: maybe this is the persons first job and they don’t know how to answer a phone when at work? That was not the case because when they told me they were transferring me to their manager to fix the issue, they also answered the same way then “accidentally” hung up on me after starting a conversation.
I’m brand new to CO and have been a loyal customer to the PetSmart groomers. I’m sad I have to find another place to go.
