Visiting from out of town and I needed to have a prescription transferred and filled. They were SO HELPFUL and took care of everything in 15min, start to finish. They even walked out to where I was sitting in the waiting room a couple of times when they had to check info. If I lived anywhere near here, I'd make it my usual pharmacy.

The pharmacy in North Boulder is a miserable place. I have never been so poorly treated in any retail situation. I used the auto renew function, went to pick up my prescription and was told the system doesn't work. I was at my physician's office when she called in my prescription the pharmacy employee told me they never received the call. During the summer I was treated extremely rudely and asked to speak to a manager...I was told non was available, I then asked for their name and the employee refused to give the managers name or a phone number. I should have left then.My health is too important to trust these clowns. Shame on me for still being a customer. Not for long!!!!

I loved the staff and service at Pharmaca but Medly is a hot mess. Everything is super slow, automated reminders are never sent, and they often don't even answer the phone. It's become the HughesNet of pharmacies.

I’ve been shopping at Pharmaca for many years and using their pharmacy. I’ve been patient with their switch to Medley but I am super disappointed in their pharmacy staff. I called to check on a prescription today and the pharmacist who answered cut me off while I was talking and he kept repeating “date of birth?!!” when I didn’t answer quickly enough. He wouldn’t listen to the reason why I was calling and kept interrupting me. I reported it to the manager but she didn’t seem to take it seriously. As a long time customer, I am very disappointed and plan to look elsewhere for my prescription needs.

Disorganized, slow, inefficient- the place is a mess and looks unprofessional. The design and functionality of this pharmacy is ridiculous. Workers are friendly but there’s no professional cohesion. No dress code. Doesn’t inspire confidence.

Wow. Third time... never again. I kept trying because I was excited about the same day delivery. Well that lasted once. Now they mail your meds... not the same. Another time they did not have my medication to fill so my dr called it into another pharmacy as it could not be transferred. Well in the mean time... medley received my medication, filled it, ran it through my insurance and did NOT notify me. I ended up going over 2 weeks without my meds due to this error. Now I called at noon today to confirm Med we're ready. I paid over the phone and had a friend come to pick up. She was met with a female at the counter who was less than pleasant and did not find my meds. Said they had nothing ready for me. I was finally able to get I touch with the pharmacist who told me that they were picked up at 1pm. After ensuring him that is false, he did more investigating to find out that they were there but showed picked up because they we're paid for. I live an hour away and it's Saturday evening 10 min before they close. I'm now going 36 hours without my medication due to Medley Pharmacy mistakes.

We have been coming here for a very long time and truly feel this is the best Pharmacy in Boulder County. The staff is knowledgeable friendly and professional. They will give you great service and answer any questions you may have. They strive to get you the best price and are great at navigating the myriad of inshurance requirements and hurdles. Highly recommend Dave and the entire team. Thank you all.

Medly Pharmacy on Broadway in Boulder is incredibly unorganized and some (not all) pharmacy staff are rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You'll have better luck and much kinder staff at King Soopers on 30th.

When Medly bought Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy in the last year, immediately went about fixing the extremely good. All prescription medications presented to you in their very own small cloth bag?! What nonsense. Alter the floor plan of the south Boulder, CO store to use half of its square footage for meds storage, while eliminating a second customer entrance and squeezing the o.t.c., general retail and prescription customers, display and shelving into one cramped, confusing space?! Ignorant. Ignorant of how intelligently intuitive the old Pharmaca’s floor plan was. Replace the great Pharmaca name with the hokiest of names: “Medly.” They cannot be serious.Line of more than ten people in front of me today when I wen to pick up a prescription. Waited five minutes, still ten peopme in front of me. I left without my prescription. That is the last time I will darken the door of any Medly Pharmacy.

This is such a poorly run pharmacy. Everything is glacial slow. I talked with 2 different couples while waiting past my appointment time to get a shot. The couples had transferred their prescriptions to another pharmacy since the Pharmaca was sold to Medly. Avoid this place.

I had a terrible experience trying to get my COVID-19 booster at Medly. Despite having an appointment, they said they didn't accept my insurance and so wouldn't give me the vaccine (despite the fact it says on their website you don't even need insurance to get the vaccine!) The lady at the pharmacy was curt and unhelpful.

Too bad pharmaca turned into this disaster. The pharmacist was rude and they just don't answer their phone.
