We were told explicitly in email that our mortgage would not be sold on to another company and would remain with Allied. Before we even made the first payment, we find out that contrary to what was promised, our mortgage was sold off. Very unfortunate as our other interactions with Allied were overall positive, but this left us distrustful of the company. Pretty unscrupulous thing to do to first time homebuyers.

Jessie Thompson at Allied was AMAZING. I went into this process very nervous as a first-time homebuyer, and she went above and beyond in answering my questions and making sure I understood each step of the process. It wasn't just that it was a great experience, it was an empowering one, as now I feel much more versed in the finances related to home ownership. I can't recommend Jessie enough, and if I ever buy a home again, she will be my very first call!!

Rude and rushing me so I hung up.I asked if I called the correct number. She demands my account number. Again I ask who is this? Are you the bank? I got confused after awhile. Again demanded my account number. So first I asked her not to rush me. No response, So I hung up.

This company recently took over my mortgage and the first 60 days has been a nightmare including submitting fraudulent credit notices and late fees. I would run away from this company before they scam you as well
