I used them to pay a Care Giver. It was easy to set up and use.
They handle all the taxes , payroll forms and direct deposit. It makes payroll for a household employee very simple.
It keep everyone in compliance with payroll taxes and regulations.
The Customer service is fantastic. Real people answer the phone and talk to you! I highly recommend and would use again.

Destiny is/was amazingly helpful during a difficult time for our family. The payroll system was setup for a live-in health aide for our mom who recently passed away. Poppins payroll is an easy accessible format for providng payment and most importantly all the legal tax withdrawals and documents. All agencies should be as efficient and professional. And again thank you Destiny!

I can confidently say I knew nothing about paying a household employee, so Poppins saved me when we hired our nanny. Everything from filing back-taxes, managing weekly payroll, and handling end of the year documents, Poppins had me covered! I had so many questions and wanted to do everything by the book -- and Poppins ensured we were meeting both state and federal laws without me lifting a finger. The best part: within seconds of calling them on the phone, you get directed to an actual human who is both knowledgeable and friendly! While we are sad to no longer be employing a nanny for our son, I will most certainly reach back out to Poppins should I have a household employee in the future.

Poppins made paying my nanny easy and simplified the process for both of us. They also made sure we were in compliance with tax laws. Jessica's customer service was phenomenal! I had nothing but good experiences with Poppins Payroll when we employed our nanny, but how excellent they are came through after our time as an employer was done. Due to various bureaucratic complications, we've needed some help with payroll- and tax-related matters, now 2 years after we no longer use Poppins's services. Yet, they have still provided prompt, friendly, and effective help with our needs. It's wonderful to know that even after I'm no longer officially subscribed to their services, Poppins is still dedicated to great customer service to their former customers. As far as I can tell, you can't go wrong with Poppins.
