I’ve been going here regularly for about a year now and always book with Betty. She’s a star, we do a builder gel manicure and I always walk away with consistently great nails! I’ve gotten pedicures from other staff members too over the year or so am always happy with the results. I love this local gem!

The worst pedicure I’ve ever received. I paid for “Basic Deluxe” & she did not file my nails or clip my excess skin/cuticles. She used a sponge to massage the sides and bottom of my feet for 30 seconds each and called it “callus removal”. I decided not to get gel French polish after seeing the lack of service & they refused to even give me clear polish. My entire service was complete in 20 minutes. She offered me an extended massage of my legs after I questioned the service of my toe nails and asked for clear polish. I decided to leave mid-massage, because I asked for a pedicure, not massage service. They offered a “discount” and said the total was $40. That’s the rate of a complete pedicure. I refused, and then she said $35, so I paid in cash. I examined my toes closer in the parking lot and saw how horrible they were & went back and asked for a file to clean it up myself. They offered me a USED file & I had to ask for a brand new one. I’m mortified. This is the worst service experience I’ve ever had.

Don't pay for the super deluxe you will not get the 20 min massage. They rushed thru. The hot rocks were not hot . Not really a massage.. felt rushed would not come again

I just had a really bad experience here. They overbooked and had me sit waiting in the foot bath for half hour without ever telling me there was a longer wait then rushed through my $45 pedicure in 18 minutes. It’s suppose to include a 10 minute massage so they did literally every nice thing I go to pedicures for as one step. I will not be returning here after this. I would’ve found another day to come back if they were honest with me and said they didn’t have walk in availability. I am really upset and do not feel like I got the service I paid for. This is the closest salon to me and it’s been fine other times. I had a really hard weekend with my toddler and came here to relax and instead went home crying after getting ripped off and not getting the standard service.

I've been in Boulder getting acrylic nails regularly for over 6 years and I could not be more stoked to finally say I have found my person. I have tried Stiletto, Lotus, and others, and none of the above was my best fit. If you are still seeking your go-to nail slayer -- look no further. Betty is an absolute doll and master of her craft. Her practice is hygienic, efficient and her attention to detail is unmatched. Her energy is ultra chill and she has always kept it real -- I have come in with design ideas or suggestions that she has redirected or reimagined because, like a true professional, Betty knows best.
She has designed nail sets for me in accordance with special event themes -- I sent her the outfits I had planned for my engagement party and baby shower and she freehanded an incredible design literally off the top of her head -- hand-painted cherry blossoms with reflective gold branches. Most recently, I was lacking inspiration and left the creative license up to her, only to be blessed with one of the most adorable and imaginative sets thus far. I work in an environment where my hands are constantly on display for others to see -- at the rate I receive compliments I have taken to keeping a stack of Betty's cards on hand with me at all times and I go through them FAST!
Truthfully, she does not charge enough for the convenience and quality of her work. Get in while the getting's good so you can experience the honor of being one of her regulars, as the holiday season comes upon us she is beginning to book up fast.

Always have a great experience here. They are always so through in their quality or service. I always get my pedicures here and the massage is amazing and also I always leave with my nails looking perfect. :)

I am so glad my friend referred me to Betty. She is amazing! I have searched for someone that can do great nail designs forever and I couldn't find anyone, until now. She is incredible, I don't think there's anything she can't do. I'll never go to anyone else!

Dropped and broke a bottle of polish and you would’ve thought I slapped one of the employees the way they all stared. Made me clean up the broken glass and didn’t attempt to help, only offered me a pair of XS gloves, which didn’t fit. I stabbed my thumb with a shard of glass and announced this, but only got help when I actively started dripping blood. Nails looked good but thumb was sore from the cut and I felt like I was in time out the whole time.

Stopped in for get a pedicure and it was one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time!! The technician was so kind and did a great job! Highly Recommend!
