Justin got me dialed in with my new mail-order road bike and I'm super glad I reached out. Have been riding for a long time, but never had a professional fit. I wish I would have known about some of the key tweaks that Justin made. I'd highly recommend to others.

Had a great experience at Cherry Creek Peloton Shop, Was fun n the fence with our decision to purchase their bike and went in to try it out. Our rep, Scott , was very helpful and informative. He knew the product well and is an Advil rider as well. He took all the time we needed to explain all the functions and options as well as the comparison on the 2 different models that are offered. We didn't feel rushed or pressured for purchase. We had a lot of questions and he was patient and excited to share the info he had. You do need to make an appointment to enter the shop but we had no problem getting one the same day we wanted to go. Was easy to set up and it's right inside the mall. Happy to say we are on our way to lots of peloton riding classes!!!

BUYER BEWARE. Before patronizing this shop, you should read this. I’m a roadie and ride 120 – 150 miles a week during season. I don’t race, I just like to ride. I came to Pro Peloton initially for a fit and they talked me into a pair of their custom wheels so I can run wider tires. (1) when the wheels were completed and paid for they didn’t fit my frame. You would think they’d have checked. (2) The back wheel broke a spoke within 400 miles. They tried to point the finger at me. This isn’t a gravel bike, 100% road. No new wheel should do that in < 400 miles. Next, they talked me into a new frame to accommodate the new wheels. Big mistake. They claimed to take all my measurements from my old rig. When I picked up the bike I asked if we should confirm the measurements. “No need” they told me. I drove it home 30 min only to find out it was WAY off. Nine times I had to bring it to them after a ride and they never got it right. NINE. (3) I’ve spent more than $1000 on fits (including Todd Carver, founder of Retul), stems, etc. trying to get this frame to fit. They were off by more than 3 cm on the seat height alone. Really? I had 42” bars on my old bike and they put 38s on the new one. Again, REALLY? How can you get that wrong? I had to bring the old bars in to prove it to them. (4) after one stem swap THEY NEVER TIGHTENED THE NEW STEM. On my first ride after the swap I got out of the saddle just to have the bars drop. It pushed me into traffic. Incredibly dangerous and could have gotten me seriously injured. Total amateur hour. WHAT PROFESSIONAL SHOP FORGETS TO TIGHTEN THE STEM? (5) When they built the new frame I dropped off a Dura Ace group. They didn’t use coated Dura Ace cables (which I had to replace when I found out) and they routed the rear derailleur cable over the cable guide under the BB. Again, amateurs. Even home mechanics now how to thread the cable through the guide. (6) there was a horrible clank every time I went over the bump. They couldn’t figure it out. Turns out it was the internal routed rear brake cable. I had to bring the bike to another mechanic so they could put some foam around the internal cable run to prevent the cable from slamming against the top tub. (7) the frame came with an offset seat post. I was told to keep my original post because it was lighter. I tried to be nice and told them to keep the post that came with the frame. Big mistake. Turns out the offset was needed for that geometry. After 1000s of miles and many fit tweaks I believe they sold me a frame that is simply too small. I loved riding and this bike is miserable to take out. I give up. It was an expensive mistake trusting this shop and it nearly got me killed. Every time I had to come in it was an hour round trip not counting the time in the shop. They wasted my money and my time. In my opinion, this is the biggest hack shop I’ve come across in 20 years of riding. Everyone makes mistakes but the sheer number of errors they made, to me, proves their incompetence. Beware. They had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I tried to work with them to get it right well after the first 30 days. I should have returned that POS on the 30th day and got my money back. RESPONSE TO THE GM - Yes, this is your shop. Sean was the lead on everything. If he told you he doesn't remember, then he has a very short memory or he isn't being completely honest with you.

An upscale boutique shop that caters to the highest end clientele. The pinnacle of knowledge and exclusivity blended well together. A fantastic place to shop if you want a premier experience while dropping 10k+ on a bike. No "budget friendly" options.

These guys are awesome. Sean is very helpful and full of useful information. If you are looking into BMC bikes this is the only place in Colorado I would go and believe you me, I have tried elsewhere and it has cost me dearly ($$$). They are good enough that I will make the drive from Pueblo to Boulder if I need something important.

I've had an amazing experience here. While they are clearly very experienced in road cycling, they also have expertise in mountain and gravel cycling (which may not be apparent when you first walk in the door). I'm a larger than average (6'6") rider that focuses on mountain and gravel endurance riding, and have always had difficulty getting a bike to fit properly for me. Sean was able to significantly help me with my mountain bike fit. When I expressed an interest in building up a gravel grinder without breaking the bank, there was no pressure to up-sell or get me into something that didn't truly fit my needs. Furthermore, Sean did some significant research to source larger than average parts, including identifying the need for a custom fork and working with Wound Up to get it made properly. I should also mention that their primary bike mechanic (Dave) has been exceedingly helpful when I ask him questions, and has done exceptional work for me. When you first walk in to this store, you may get an elitist vibe purely from the high-end bikes and equipment for sale. I would strongly advise that you walk in with an open mind and just have a conversation with the staff; they are most definitely some of the most down to earth and knowledgable folks I've had the pleasure of working with.

Attention to detail at its finest. The people in the shop clearly love bikes, and I had a great time having a nerdy conversation with the sales guy. Worth heading in to look around even if you're not planning on buying anything.

Very professional group of guys at Pro Peloton! Rented a Pinarello Dogma F8 for a week in Boulder and climbed 25,000 feet on it, including a summit of Mount Evans. Will definitely do business again with these guys.

Pro Peloton is the perfect place to find professional, expert bike fitting and repair. I finally feel safe riding because Justin and the other employees make sure my bike is safe and well maintained. At Pro Peloton I feel welcome and have the opportunity to educate myself about cycling.
