My experience was very smooth and efficient. The appointment was right on schedule and I was in and out in no time. The technician that conducted the test with was very nice and easy to work with.

The tech working today was amazing. I've had some pretty terrible experiences having my blood drawn, but she was quick and very nice about it.

We had an early appointment and were seen even earlier. The woman who took our blood was kind, funny and polite. We were honestly surprised by how quick and easy it was to be seen here.

Took a test that required I drink a solution. The lady helping me took the solution packet in to the patient bathroom to add water. That seems very unsanitary. I don’t want to drink a solution that was filled with doctor’s office bathroom tap water. I don’t know how clean that bathroom is. Maybe this is common but this feels gross.
Also, while checking in at the kiosk, the lady helping me walked up and closed out all of the windows I was filling out my insurance info on and said “we’ll deal with this later,” which we didn’t, so I’m interested to see how I’ll get charged for this test.
Overall, bad experience. Office felt dingy, dark, and disorganized. I won’t be returning for any further testing.

The chair setup seemed to be specific to someone who has blood drawn and blood pressure taken in the left arm. As someone who had a traumatic injury to the left arm and requires these tasks done in the right, it was somewhat frustrating. Everything was made more difficult.

The female lab tech was not friendly or welcoming. Only business. I needed an employment urine drug screen. She said I needed an appointment during certain hours and she sent me to another location Whiz Quiz. Whiz Quiz was closed until April 17th and the drug screen order expired April 12. It really does not take a lot of energy to be friendly and welcoming. I am a nurse and I would not think of treating one of my patients in such a dismissive manner.

As usual with Quest, the place is understaffed and messy. It's surprising to see such a messy place in that fancy-looking Boulder Safeway.
The phlebotomist was obviously stressed (we arrived right after lunch) and we were sent away without being helped because she was overbooked. We went to a different Quest location and the phlebotomist there also had poor feedback for the person at the Boulder location.

Mary, the phlebotomist on Arapahoe in Boulder, is absolutely wonderful! She is friendly and professional - I won’t go anywhere else for blood tests. She’s so excellent!!!!

The lady who works here is so aggressive and snappy, and the blood draws also really blunt and rough

The woman handling samples has been there for ages, acting like she owns the place and the company. It's clear she despises her job; she's consistently rude. During my frequent visits for routine exams, she prioritizes known individuals who walk in over those with appointments, which is quite disappointing.
