Told me a job would be AT LEAST $1,100. Called my mechanic back home and he said it should be $400. Brought it to Meinecke who quoted me less than $400 and then told me this shop was completely wrong and charged me $200. This place sucks

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any auto shop. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. The service was chaotic, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. They clearly have no respect for people’s time or trust. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place…you’ll thank yourself later.

Idiots who think they can overcharge people. Dont go here. Came here to service my toyota. Simple oil change. They charged over $200 for it, and detected fake faulty problems like “my blinker fluid is low”

Took my car in and the tech was super knowledgeable and honest. Got my car fixed within a couple days and it was affordable.

Honestly would not recommend going to these folks. They are nice people but have terrible communication practices and are pretty disorganized. My car sat there way too long!

Great place and people. I had a tire slowly running flat and they got me in instantly after calling. Unfortunately they couldn't fix it because the issue was with the valve and it has a TPMS sensor, but they didn't charge anything for the inspection and gave me some honest options for other shops. Friendly and honest shop.

John and his team did a great job of taking care of my check engine light issue that another mechanic was going to do for way more $$$$. He only needed to replace an O2 sensor that failed so he had to try another new one so it slowed down how long he was going to have the car. Priced respectfully so I didn't feel like I was going to be struggling for a while. He's worked on another car of ours middle of last year and the same great service. Not sure where all these people with the one stars are coming from but that was not my experience.
