Emilie is amazing and so knowledgeable and helpful. She is kind and has always helped me get the best deals, emergency fills and answers any other questions I have. Best pharmacy tech I’ve ever met and I’ve dealt with many.

Insanely understaffed. With only four self checkout options, two of which were out of service, they can only manage one open lane. Feel bad for their staff. Lines literally go all the way to the back of aisles. With a better operationally run Sprouts, King Soopers, and Whole Foods all within five minutes, I can’t believe their management hasn’t done more to avoid this. Treat your employees better and invest in giving your customers a decent experience.

Got my flu and Covid shots. I am squeamish about needles, but the Safeway pharmacists are so good. It was over quickly, they were considerate of my squeamishness, and as always, it wasn’t remotely as bad as my mind made it.

Please avoid this place. The pharmacist "manager" feels that it is her prerogative to deny legitimate prescriptions (called in by a doctor) because of laws in Massachusetts that don't apply here in Colorado (she "just moved here"). She put myself and my patient in a difficult situation with denying a verbal prescription called in by ME (his doctor) and her advice was "maybe the Walgreens here in the complex will fill this for you, you should go there". Well folks, yes, the Walgreens did fill it as per Colorado (not Massachusetts) law. Guess you should go to Walgreens instead. Or, move to Massachusetts, maybe......

Made me pay $45 for an inhaler that did not function. When I asked for a replacement they said I’d need to pay again, when asking to speak to a supervisor or manager. They refused. Terrible pharmacy, terrible staff, do not recommend

Slow service, rude pharmacists. Takes several days to fill a prescription and they refuse to alert you unless you get their smartphone app. Employees act annoyed at your presence and will interrupt you if you try to say anything other than your name and birthdate.
