Every time I go to the Safeway, I get followed here and the customer service. is very poor. The workers are very rude here down from the Starbucks workers. There is this gentleman this one time who voided my items and didn’t say anything just cause I was Waiting for money to be sent, and he was very rude to me the entire time while I saw him being nice to other customers do not come here. They are very rude. I do not care about customers

Personable and very kind service at this Starbucks location. Two girls assisted me, one being Leighana. I was very disappointed to find there wasn’t a card option to leave gratuity for the barista. A notably outdated system. Blatantly displays that this company doesn’t value their workers. To receive such warm customer service is a rarity, and to deny your workers a reflection of gratitude is shameful. Please take care of the employees who uphold your company’s face. Any inconvenience fixing this issue rises, is worth the effort.

At self-checkout, the older attendant approached us, and we initially thought he was there to help. However, he simply filled out his own survey, which was awkward as it interrupted our checkout process while we watched him give himself the best ratings. When I questioned the validity of a self-review, he insisted it was honest. I found his deceptive approach, pretending to help just to boost his ratings, unethical. If we want to leave a review, we should be the ones to do it.

This store does indeed have some bad customer service. Don't expect any digital coupon discounts to work at this location. Had a $10 problem with a meat sale today which took an extra 15 minutes. And, have had some other problems here with digital coupons in the past, but not like today.

Very rude service from the workers. I struggled getting my ear drop prescription from the urgent care next door, either the urgent care forgot to call it in or the prescription didn’t go through, but when I was asking what I should do (this was my 5th time calling in a span of 3 days), they were very rude and told me they couldn’t help me and didn’t have time. Rude.

Everytime I go into this Safeway, a woman by the name of Sharmean has been very rude to me. One time, it was very embarrassing because she was super loud.
