Its a shame this store is so close to me because it is absolutely awful. Lane three was lit like it was open but no one was there. Customers were stacked up, and when someone did finally come over she blamed people for lining up when the lane was closed. When I checked out in a different lane, the cashier asked if I wanted her to bag my items. I said we can both do it which she must have misheard. What it seems she heard was "no, please stand there watching while I bag everything myself." The savings app is a hot mess and gets less and less user-friendly each time they update it. I half believe they are deliberately trying to make it difficult so people pay full price. I have been driving half-way across town to King Soopers where I feel valued, but I didn't want to make that drive in the snow. Lesson learned. Again.

In regard to online shopping and pick up - The site and app are straightforward to navigate. I rarely have substitutions, which leaves me feeling confident about getting what I want the first time. I like that I can easily compare prices on items and see what is on sale. There are always times available for pick up, usually the same day! The associates that meet with me at the pick-up spot are ALWAYS prompt and friendly. The produce and meat that was added to my order have always been fresh. In the end, I have saved time and money and received a great product(s)! Thank you!

Absolutely one of the worst grocery stores. They’re more expensive than Whole Foods and the produce is horrible! It goes rotten faster than any other store I’ve shopped at. They never have enough staff, so the lines are always insanely long. The workers here are nice, but corporate must be paying them pennies because they can’t seem to keep people.

Sick and tired of the inability of this store to grasp the most basic concepts of customer service. I buy the 5gal Primo water on a regular basis and 1) the bottle return machine has never worked so no ticket to scan and 2) the code to enter for the refill price is NEVER at the register. I was told tonight (after returning my empty) that I would ahve to pay full price as there was "no one to be called to get the code". I called the store to talk to a manager and was transferred to a line that rang and rang with no answer, and when I called the customer service line, a foreigner told me that I was in the wrong department, despite selecting the "store experience" option on the IVR. Done. King Sooper here I come.

Treated like a thief seconds after paying for my groceries. Just had my cart stop automatically at the door and wouldn't let me get my groceries to the car. An associate had to unlock the carts wheels to let me proceed.

This was once a pretty nice store and at one time my neighbourhood store. It was once beautiful and it had the best team of employees.Now, shelvesare half empty OFTEN and the produce section often is awful.The BIGGEST PROBLEM is the PHARMACY!THIS was so badly run, the pharmacy hardly ever answered the phone! Look, stores have good years and bad years.It is the management that is to blame.Something needs to be done at this store to save it. My bad experience happened May of 2023, at the pharmacy. I hope it's gotten better but I pulled my prescriptions out and transferred to another pharmacy. It was a really bad situation. I hope they fixed it but it went on too long and I quit after going there for 24 yrs! Yes, it was that bad.

Pretty big grocery store.. I have never heard of it or seen it outside Colorado.Loved the variety of items but found trouble finding the items we wanted.. the diary , meet and fresh cover the entire perimeter of the market , so we had to walk all the way to find milk ;)Also they charge for each and every cover, I appreciate the concept but it was a surprise towards the end of billing and the covers are flimsy to pay for, regretted buying them but hey that's the point !

Safeway is awful in general, but this is one of the worst ones I’ve been to in a while. The prices can be higher than even their premium competitors, lots of products are either out of stock or poor quality (the produce varies between mediocre and terrible), and the overall ambiance is just depressing. I’ve twice now also been witness to employees having a loud argument within the main store area. If you have a choice, I’d avoid this store.

This Safeway is big and bright and has a good selection of products. The pharmacy folks are super to work with and take the time to make sure you have what you need. We don't shop here often, but when we do go in, the store often seems understaffed with long lines at the checkout. I don't think this is a result of the pandemic because it's been like that as long as I can remember.

Burnt myself a little with the bathroom faucet water. With it even positioned in the middle, temp was well beyond hot enough to burn. I told the service desk and was brushed off. Hopefully upstairs was notified? Trying to help.

Five stars for Jenny L! Service with a smile! Helped me find products I was having a hard time finding. I’m a doordash driver so every second I spend looking for items is crucial. I understand store employees are not supposed to be used as crutches but Jenny L went a step above and helped me look for two items I was having a hard time finding. Other employees at this location have been not so nice/helpful to me when I’ve asked similar questions but Jenny L made sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much!
