There's never anyone at the guest services desk. Employees will look at you and walk by you for 20 minutes until you have to go get one and ask them to help you at the guest services desk.

Gotta grab a key to go pee👍😎This is the “LAND HO” flagship store that gets all the Safeway EXECUTIVES creamin anytime they pay a formidable “crossed arms” visit. The baby/babe of all safeways right here in the flesh. This store just blows like the wind👍😎 fine good old fashioned hippy, boulder county, yoga, patchouli, honky Tonk feels! Minus the karens/kyles albeit that one store manager gal black hair, vest on front end is a fun larf to watch at times while waiting in long lines as she impressively multitask’s, from Jekyll➡️Hyde 180 degrees “that one”👍🫡🫡

Been shopping here off and on for the last 11 years. My delivery orders come from this store, and every once in a while they'll mess up. Last night was one of those cases and the night manager was helpful, and the delivery team the next day were equally as helpful getting it sorted. Very happy with the outcome. Shopping in person can be a pain due to the parking lot, but past that, good store!

We recently started shopping here in May. The customer service is wonderful. Recently was helped out by the security guard (keber I 🤔 can't remember lol) .. he went above and beyond to help us out last night. We greatly appreciated it

I stopped going to this store because they treat me poorly now every time. I was told to ask to speak with Jeff, the Director, whom I would like to discuss these concerns. Longstanding customers of Safeway shouldn’t be treated like this— terribly unprofessional cashiers and front-of-house staff. It’s extremely unsettling that the customer service has gone so far down hill here.

Update: Still trash. Rotten, out of date food. Still no baskets or carts. How long were those onions on the shelf, since last Thanksgiving?
This store is TRASH. Always understaffed & understocked. They never have any baskets, no carts, no cashier's. Manager lady is always up front goofing around, not doing shit. More expensive than King Soopers too.
The big guy in the deli gets 5-stars, but I think he's gone now.
