Rachel was absolutely wonderful! Her personality combined with her professionalism made for a wonderful experience. She had excellent knowledge on all of the products we were interested in. Truly a shining example of a fantastic employee!

Stacy was so kind and welcoming even with me showing up right when she opened the door at 10 am. She took the time to help me find something even though they were out and helped me with my birthday gift! Def best Sephora employee experience I've had.

If I could give no starts I would.
I had placed an online order and drove to Boulder from Longmont because we don’t have a standalone Sephora in Longmont to pick up my order. I was there on 5/22 around 5ish. When I walked into the store, there were two employees up front talking and I was not greeted nor acknowledged. Some folks waked in after me and sure enough they greeted them and asked “if they could help them find anything”. Now I don’t want to be that person that has to blame everything on race, but I was the only African American person in the store. I walked around the store for about 20min and NO INTERACTION from none of the employees. I was in front of the store looking at the things on the table and ended up making eye contact with one of the employees that was up front when I initially had walked in and she still didn’t say anything, I was the one that ended up saying “HI” SMH…….
Finally, I was ready to go and got a hold of one of the workers. Her name was FAYE. She also saw me waking around and never acknowledged me or anything. I told her I had an online order I needed to pick up and I needed to get a sample of a concealer as well. She automatically responds with depending on the item I will NOT be able to give you a sample….. huh!! That’s interesting…. I have never been told that, I usually like sampling foundations and concealers before purchasing bc I don’t like returning items. Anywho, I told her okay and that I already have a shade in the hourglass concealer but I wanted a shade lighter and told her the shade I wanted to sample. We walk to that area and she takes the concealer, and sticks the disposable applicator inside and tells me she couldn’t give me a sample bc of the way the concealer is but she could put the applicator inside a bag…… WHAT!!!!!! I was done, I told her that is okay, I’ll pass and asked for her name and got my order and left……When I’ve gotten concealer samples in the past from my Sephora in Texas, they usually put it in a tiny container. What am I going to do with a sample on a disposable applicator? It will have dried out before I can even use it. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED in their service and how I was treated. I hope the DM or someone in corporate really looks through these reviews and does something about it.

I walked in looking for new mascara. Andrea was super helpful, made a great recommendation and I was out within 5 minutes.

Really weird employees!!! especially the older thin lady with brown hair who acts like she knows you from everywhere. She kept coming up in the middle of my phone call and interrupting me and then just stood there all weird, just staring at me. This isn't the first time she was weird last time I came in she racially profiled my Latina friend. They also they follow you around the store like you're trying to steal something especiallyif your brown. I'm a 36-year-old grown woman. I don't need your super expensive makeup in my pocket. I HAVE MONEY!!! relax!!! I left without buying anything and went to ulta !

Assistants are helpful if they are available. This place gets busy and it is understandable when you can't get help anyone but once you find someone, they are supernice. I got needed recommendations and extra samples! I don't understand people complaining about staff. Be proactive and find someone! The personnel try to reciprocate your kindness! If they don't, then it is fine, as they are never rude. Also nobody needs to listen to how you spent your boring day or any lengthy trite conversations. There are people in the line behind you and the personnel gets tired, so their emotional unavailability is understandable. Nobody is there to get you and ruin your mood on purpose. Get your items and gtfo! If you can't handle this, shop online!

Are we not buying REALLY EXPENSIVE make up?
The store was a mess and dirty, the “manager” was rude and dismissive then finally helped my friend check out via “mobile method”. She was 100% annoyed and put out. From what? Your store is a dump?!!? There was no one to help me and I was looking to spend money, but needed assistance- apparently that level of customer service has sailed and sunk here at this Sephora. The associate that had a flower name (I can’t remember her exact name but she had neon hair) was seemingly the only one doing ANYTHING and I wish I waited for her as the woman that I finally landed with seemed really out of it and bored. I was uncomfortable and had to tell her twice that she brought me the incorrect shades (I gave her exact numbers/ names) until I finally said I didn’t need help.
*I should add that I’m a stay at home mom and really don’t get out often without my son so I was really looking forward to the luxury of shopping in store. You can’t talk to me or be present when I’m looking to buy a $70 foundation? What a horrible disaster this experience was. And the lighting in the actual store? Better at Costco. I’m so bummed out, I can’t even treat myself. Customer service is dead.

Tried to call and talk to someone about help picking out makeup colors for an upcoming photo shoot. There was a long, rambling message on the voicemail and when I tried to get to a customer service rep, I got "request can not be completed at this time" no matter what I selected. I guess I will head to Target and fend for myself, instead.

Great service and selections!I am 100% convinced that the people who have had negative experiences here were just being entitled (entering the store 10 minutes before closing and complaining???, 1 star for not being "properly greeted"????); the staff have always been friendly, nice, and helpful when I've visited. If the staff seem overworked and tired (which they sometimes do), the fault lies solely on the store's management, not the cashiers or other staff.

Had a bad experience at Sephora today. My daughter got a gift card for the holidays and brought it in to use it. She brought it up to the register and started to scrape it off. Some of the numbers scraped off. The clerk at the register called over the manager who said that the gift card was invalid and couldn't be swiped either. My daughter was in tears and the manager said that the only option was to call customer service. Customer service said that if the card was damaged in any way, the card was invalid. I am frustrated that the card was invalid and that the manager was unable or unwilling to off my daughter anything even though employees watched her scrape it off.

Just left this location and dealt with the rudest cashier ever. She didn’t acknowledge me. I, as a a customer, was trying to make small talk with her to make it less uncomfortable but she didn’t acknowledge me at all. Barely made eye contact with me. I’ve never felt more unwelcome at a store as I did just now. Will be calling the store to speak to the manager today. This is unacceptable to treat customers this way !
