Seth has a passion for all things real estate. While born and raised on a Kansas farm, it was in Colorado where Seth fell in love with real estate as a 12 year old on a Summit County vacation. Through experience in corporate level procurement and product development, Seth has had experience with navigating the negotiations of corporate contracts and developing products for the building construction and financial services industry. Personally, he and his wife Joyce have owned and managed rental property, flipped 90+ year old properties, and embarked on the adventure of new construction.
