Seth is the best. He will make your home buying process easy and fun! We worked with him over a period of 4 years as we looked at homes west of Lyons and then pivoted to buying a home in Longmont. We made multiple offers and Seth's expertise helped us navigate the ups and downs during that process. The home we purchased needed major repairs which Seth negotiated, and kept an eye on throughout until all repairs were complete. I can't recommend him enough!

Seth was amazing. He knows the market incredibly well and took the time to get to know us too. Every tour we went on felt like he wasn't just our realtor but a friend. Being first time homebuyers it gave us confidence and helped us be comfortable discussing thoughts on homes and dreaming up the future each home could present with him. When it came to getting under contract, he was SO helpful. He guided us well and gave us the input we needed to make decisions in negotiations that got us to the best deal possible. As first time homeowners, we had a few major disappointments and setbacks. Seth’s expertise, encouragement and advocacy gave us the grit we needed to persevere. We ended up buying a beautiful place for our family to call home, and it was even more than what we imagined when we first embarked on this adventure. We have used Seth for two transactions, most recently to sell our vacation rental property in Breckenridge, CO. Seth is very professional, knowledgeable, and kept us organized and on track every step of the way. Seth was able to make connections through his great networking skills, and the home did not even make it to market before we had an offer! He understands the Breckenridge market and this definitely worked to our advantage. With any real estate transaction there will be hurdles, and we were lucky to have Seth on our side to present options on how to move forward. We cannot say enough good things about Seth! As first-time homebuyers, we were a bit overwhelmed by the process, but Seth made it smooth, enjoyable, and even exciting to be buying our first place. He patiently toured homes with us for over TWO YEARS until we found the one. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured to buy something that wasn't good for us since his priority was always helping us find a home we truly loved, not just making a sale.
What truly sets Seth apart though is how deeply he cares about his clients. Our family loved working with Seth! We were first time buyers and didn’t fully know what we wanted and Seth came to the table prepared with the right questions that helped us as buyers, figure out what we truly wanted in a home and not end up with remorse.
Seth does his research and knows how to navigate more complex properties like with ours of septic, former remodels with permits, land and older homes. He helped us navigate how to make a competitive offer that worked well for us and was appealing to the sellers and helped us negotiate a new roof for our home!
Seth is so responsive with communication and moved things forward, even when other parties were slower to respond or a complex issue arose, Seth helped us to navigate it smoothly with realistic expectations.
All in all, we were so grateful to have gotten to work with Seth! He makes this very tedious process so much easier, we truly had an advocate fighting for us!

We leaned heavily on his knowledge of the market, housing, and home buying process, which was super helpful.Fast! I’m a believer that speed is a competitive advantage in business and life. Guess how we closed on our dream home. Seth flagged it to us immediately after going on market, he scheduled a showing for late afternoon to walk the property, and then we sent an offer that evening. We made 5 prior offers and Seth was just as quick and responsive for each offer, not showing fatigue or disappointment throughout the whole process as things changed.Understanding! Direct, honest, transparent, and not pushy. Never once felt that Seth was trying to push us to make an offer. In fact, before we were even “ready” to start looking, he recommended that we start early. This allowed us to get an idea early on for different floor plans we liked, feeling for square footage, and pinpointed what we really wanted (since it changed often). His suggestion to see as many homes as early and frequently as possible meant more work for Seth to meet us at properties, but this early start helped give us confidence to start actually putting offers on homes once ready, which can be scary as a first-time home buyer. This made us feel like he was truly advocating for us. His transparency and up-front communication style also made us feel like he was on our side and not hiding anything, which is necessary when choosing someone on your team.If we ever need to sell our property or buy another, we’ll definitely be using Seth again.

I am convinced that Seth thrives at tackling seemingly impossible tasks. We decided to list our home the week after Thanksgiving. Seth had it market-ready and listed on December 1st , and we had an offer in hand just 21 days later. He helped us navigate every step of the journey - believe me when I say there were a few surprise hiccups - and kept on top of our deadlines. And the best part is we were able to quickly secure our dream home in another city. I highly recommend both buying and selling with Seth if you are able!
