The only casual place I went to where you can get real food. Much more wholesome than all the chains, including the local ones and those parading as health food restaurants. Tastes homemade and cooked with care.

I absolutely love the caprese sandwich at Shamane's. The selection of pastries and desserts is always impressive and delicious. I wish I could order one of everything!

We offer a sandwich and soup menu Tuesday through Friday. All our cakes and cupcakes are made-to-order. Contact us for wedding and specialty cakes. We source local ingredients from our farmers and also offer a marketplace of local products for purchase.
