Great place to shop, bad place to consign. I’ve had them give things away to thrift stores without my knowledge, I’ve had them blame me for holes after the garment has been sold and someone else is wearing it, I most recently had to pay 10% to get back clothes that didn’t sell because I asked to pick them up early.... read full comment

For an upper scale consignment store, the owner and many of the employees are quite friendly, they don’t have that Boulder snobbiness like many other stores have (including Rags often times)
