Absolutely garbage customer service. Guy gave me an attitude for buying a drink. Then he came outside and rudely asked when I was leaving even though i had been sitting there for less than 3 minutes pulling up navigation. This was all after he had the store locked and i waited 10 minutes for him to open it at 5pm...

This place used to have some very kind people working here but this morning the larger guy with brown hair and goatee was extremely rude. I parked at a pump and before I pumped went in to buy a drink and a car wash and the guy told me that I can't park at his pumps if I'm not getting gas. I told him I was getting gas and I just wanted to buy my stuff first. He then didn't sell me the wash which is fine so I buy it at the pump and then the receipt didn't print so I go back in for my receipt and tells me I have to push the print receipt button which I did and I told him that but he said he just fixed it so obviously I did not push the button. This does t have anything g to do with the guy with the bad attitude but any time I get 91 at this station my engine will stall when I'm just sitting at lights or stop signs. I don't know if they just have a dirty tank of 91 but I have never had this problem at any other station. In short try to avoid this station.

Just wanted a carwash with gas, but no price at the pump...asked the guy inside the prices but he must've misunderstood, started ringing it up & got fussy when I said I just needed the cost so i could do it myself. Boo.

To the owner- whoever was working at your store 3/9/23 around 6pm, you should seriously reconsider. My friends always say to avoid this gas station at all costs, but I never really listened. I get it now. I left without making a purchase and for sure will not be back.

So, today 02/15/2023 I pulled up in my company van, and was filling out some paperwork in a company van that was clean and clear, we do a lot of plumbing business in Boulder, anyhow was doing my paperwork, and then a guy comes screaming out of the building as if I did something wrong and said that I was getting ready to rob the employee. I then went inside to get a manager which, the guy gives me his name as Dwayne, and said he was calling his manager and said that I couldn't park and get gas witch I didn't get a chance to, and then yelled at me, actually kinda was disturbing that you have a employee that works at your business like this, was actually scary and something needs to be done. I am filing a complaint with the state general office, as it looks like nothing has been done, this is a on going thing I see from other reviews, looks like the owners don't care who or what happens at this gas station. Someone is going to happen bad, if this keeps going on customers are not safe!!!!! Something needs to be done.

This place has had some really great people working at it in the past but those people are gone. The guy behind the counter this evening has to be one of the rudest people I've had the misfortune of dealing with. I hope they hire better people again because until then you're better off taking your business elsewhere.

I highly suggest you fire the employee Dwayne. He harasses customers, especially women, brace them and is vulgar during his hours. He refuses service for no justifiable reason. He acts as a n*** towards customers. He's giving a bad reputation to this location and also losing customers due to his attitude And disrespectfulness. Recently had the cops called on my girlfriend when she was buying flowers for her deceased sister because she parked in front of a gas pump to purchase an item while no customer was at the location. He likes to attack people when no one else is in earshot. I've heard everything via a phone call during his confrontations and deserves to be fired.

Stopped by since I havent been to a sinclair in YEARS! Wanted to get just a bottled soda. I had an empty soda cup in my car and was gonna throw away outside but there was no trash cans. Once I was checking out I asked cashier and he was so rude. He acted like it was going out of his way and even rolled his eyes. He asked if the bottle soda was all I needed and I told him yes. He then stated that there is parking over here (pointing to other side of building) to park. I told him sorry I wasn't from here. His response was me too. I said no I live in Florida. He said same for me I'm from Wyoming here covering. Well send him back because he is extremely rude. I may only be in town for a few weeks but definitely will NEVER return.

Last week, I went to make a small purchase with legitimate federally approved coins but the cleric was adminate about that I leave and even threatened to call the cops. I offered to count out my change for hims at the vacant register next to him so he could help the patrions waiting behind me but instead he made everyone wait and continued to harass me with the entire time infront of the people innocently waiting to to make their transactions. I hardly ever pay with change but I was in a pinch. I will never return here and strongly recommend you stay away too. Very unfortunate and have never felt so disrespected while trying to go out of my way to help accommodate the clerk.
