I’ve never left a bad review for a business in my life but this place just left an awful taste in my mouth. Although there was nobody else in the store when I came in, the bearded “gentleman” behind the printing counter was incredibly unwilling to help from the moment I walked in, and seemed annoyed by my presence. I would write more, but I see other reviews that sound like they’re about this same employee, so I suspect management is aware. I walked out without a solution. Office Depot across the street had no problem helping me.

These guys are amazing. Came in with a difficult shipping job and they took amazing care of me. Shout out to Kieran and Rob were both superstars. Thanks guy!

Just had an experience with the most RUDE employee at the printing station. I was trying to print something at the self service area but I guess I had too many pages and it wasn't working.
I then went to the counter for help and one of the employees said to send it to him so he can help. He immediately printed all of it before telling me the price.
After it was all printed he says "Just so you know it will be $.70/page". I ask how many pages and what the total will be because I hadn't figured it out yet and he never told me before printing. He said it would be $500!
I said I cannot pay that and he looks me dead in the eye and dramatically slams all the papers in the trash! Then tells me I would have broken the printer if I attempted to use the self service as if I was supposed to know that beforehand.
I felt bad that I didn't realize how many pages I had, but I also was not given any information or heads up from the worker before he printed. I'm not the one working there...
I cannot believe how rude this guy was and to act like it was my fault. If you're printing something for a customer shouldn't you quote them before printing?! At the self service center you get a quote before printing.
I'm still flabbergasted at this employees reaction and I hope management sees this message as that was unbelievable.

Hello, I went into this location today to make a simple amazon return. PETER was working and was a GRUMPUS!!! The interaction I had was small but the impact he left was big and distasteful. He walked in front of me with a grumpy frown without saying "excuse me" instead of walking behind the counter in the employee space. Then proceeded to only acknowledge me by stating "code" - which could have easily been communicated with at a please or making it a question. So sad and upsetting that one of the only human interactions I had today was with him and he made me want to self harm afterwards. Please realize that we are all going through a difficult holiday season and having someone like Peter working the front lines really represents your store poorly.

This is the first time I've ever been compelled to review any business in my 28 years of using the internet. I asked for assistance with scanning a poster board, and the employee leaning back in his desk chair interrupts me, saying he won't do it because he doesn't have time. Then, he smiled (in his own chubby way) and resumed leaning back in his chair, stroking his beard like a movie villain. I have never experienced anything like it before, and may God, if there is such a thing, help me never encounter such a horrifying cave troll human ever again.

Excellent customer service, especially if you are lucky enough to have Rob assist you with UPS shipping. He is helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The consummate professional!!

Also a one star. Shopping on Amazon or Costco now. Have been shopping this location since it opened and beard guy is rude. I bought a monitor a month ago and asked if I could bring my old monitor in to recycling. Was told yes and it was free. Today when I brought it in, I declined the $20 fee. Snotty as can be. I don’t need a lecture .

I needed to use Staples new rewards program, accessed thru the Staples app now, and assistance at the cash register required help from the cashier. She was excellent--knew the app and checked to be sure the available discounts were activated. She also explained the timeline to see when my new points would show up in my account. It's easier than keeping track of mailed reward coupons!
