for many years i’ve studied at this location during my time at cu, but had to stop this year bc of one of the older workers who i kept having issues with who would handle mobile pickup. i left bad reviews on the app and i stopped going, but i don’t think she works there anymore, very happy to have my favorite study spot back!

My only qualm really is that I order the same drink basically every day. No matter if I use the app or in person - it comes out incorrectly and have to have it remade. It’s a small thing, so I understand and would typically just take what I get and keep my day going but this happens more than 50% to 60% of the time. It doesn’t seem to matter which Batista either. You’d get a 4 star otherwise. Because there needs to be more cleaning off of tables and floors way more often during the day.

A cashier was too comfortable with customers. Maybe that’s America’s horrible standard. It was disgusting to talk to her. No professionalism, no respect for courteous customers? Well she looked like she has mental issues. I could tell by looking at her eyes and pierces all over. Good luck with your little part time job, I guess.

Visited Boulder on Vacation, stopped here on my way back to Denver. At first the employees seemed super nice, the cashier spent 10 minutes chatting with the customer before me and then took their order. She then took my order. All while this was happening there was a 3rd customer who had ordered prior to me arriving and was waiting for her items. She asked about her muffin multiple times. I've been in the store for about 15minutes at this point and someone finally told the customer that she wasn't ever charged for the muffin. The customer was frustrated naturally. She then begrudginly paid for it. The real issue was as the customer was leaving the entire staff started to complain and make fun of her for how she was walking quickly out of the store. They weren't discreet about it whatsoever. Hands down the worst experience at a starbucks I've ever had.

The service is friendly and the store is clean, but I'm sorry, I can't give a high rating to places that do the whole code-on-the-bathroom-door because you hate homeless people so bad thing. It's gross and weird to lock public restrooms and it's inconvenient for paying customers too. I don't want the whole store to know I need to go to the bathroom because you hate unhoused people so bad. If you don't like homeless people, do more in the community to prevent homelessness.

No matter how busy they are, they always get everything right, and Bobbi is the sweetest lady ever and always puts a smile on my face when I come in!

The pick up is very organized. Allot of traffic, but the staff always had a smile and a good coffee for me.

This morning, a homeless man was unconscious and choking right outside the doors of this Starbucks. His friends were carrying his completely limp body and told me not to call 911. Me and other passerbys called 911 anyways. When the ambulance came, a woman barked at me to get out of the way, to which the EMT's responded that I wasn't in their way. As it turns out, this woman was the manager of the Starbucks. She explained to the officer that she had seen the unconscious man, but his friends told her not to call 911 so she didn't and went back inside. Who doesn't call 911 when they see someone passed out, choking, and eyes rolling back in their head?! Who cares what the friends say?? And she's a full grown adult. Horrible.

This Starbucks is AWESOME!!! we asked for 3 siracha and they gave 5!!!! The SANDWICH was a little toasty but still good

I love Starbucks and the baristas are the kindest people on earth, however lately the facilitating of the homeless into the store has become an issue to the extent that college students avoid staying in the store after getting their order out of fear of being harassed and a lack of trust in the cleanliness of the store. I’m currently in the store and there is no seating for actual customers because the entirety of the store is essentially acting as a homeless shelter. The issue stems from mainly Walgreens, this Starbucks, and 7/11 harboring homeless camps (which were not an issue until they began harassing students who cannot get to class without walking through them). Please be proactive and realize there is a problem with the safety of college kids around here, there is also a public park a near 5 minute walk from here with public restrooms and ample space away from students who are simply trying to get to campus.

You know, I've come here a few times before and have gotten good service before, and I'd really like to give you guys the benefit of the doubt because you are always so friendly whenever I come here. But this time, I got a trenta cold brew with oat milk and sugar cookie syrup and I hate to say it, but there was DEFINITELY something iffy with the milk. It was super chunky and tasted musty and gross. Not to mention I ordered 9 pumps of syrup and it did not taste like that at all, it was rather blandly flavored. I work in a coffee shop myself and know that plant milks can settle, but this just definitely wasn't right. I asked the people near the mobile order desk in the nicest way possible if something was wrong with my drink but they just insisted that I needed to stir it. I did, it still was heavily coagulated and tasted rancid and I had to throw it away. I now have a stomach ache.

I requested a grande decaf Americana with cream and stevia. The young man who took my order was very courteous I last the younger lady with the blonde hair whom I didn't see a name tag on and did not greet me and was not friendly put nonfat milk in my Americano instead of cream when I specifically asked for cream I was very disappointed I went ahead and kept the drink as was I didn't want any drama in my my Saturday morning but I was very disappointed I happen to be able Barista and I've had years and customer service and that was not fun on my Saturday
