I can’t say enough great things about my experience at StorQuest on Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado — particularly thanks to Megan Counce, the incredibly helpful and professional manager who has completely changed the way I view self-storage.
From day one, Megan went above and beyond. She personally helped me upgrade units when my needs changed, walked me through every detail with clarity and care, and made sure I had access to all the resources I needed. Her level of attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine concern for reducing stress made the whole process feel effortless — and even enjoyable.
Megan helped me understand exactly why StorQuest is worth the slightly higher cost. She made it crystal clear that what I was getting wasn’t just storage — it was peace of mind, immaculate cleanliness, top-tier security, and thoughtful customer service that feels personal and human.
The facility itself is beautifully maintained, spotless, and extremely well-managed. I actually enjoy visiting — which is not something I ever expected to say about a storage facility! Megan’s leadership is evident in every corner of the property, and it makes all the difference.

The facility is great. The dude I talked to on the phone (Jeremy?) was very helpful and Meagan got me through the process smoothly. The facility is clean and has the fire, climate, and security systems you want to see.

It’s a scam. Storquest doubles the monthly rental fee within 3 months. Zero Customer service, they literally do not answer. Beware. Additionally, As soon as you sign the contract they will scam you with lock, service, access fees.

The storage units themselves are fine, I have no complaints there. However the speed bump as you enter the place is HORRENDOUS, unless I’m going at a literal turtle crawl my car will always bottom out!
And the other thing that super bugs me is that you have to input your ID number as you’re leaving, in order to open the gate as you leave. This makes zero sense to me, as you already input your ID when you enter of course, but there’s literally no reason to input it again?!

Check in was so slow. Waited in line for 20 min before even getting to check in … took nearly 45 min to access my unit for the first time. Not normal - not necessary
