After staying at the Ace Hotel New York City for the first time, I fell in love with their mattresses — and was delighted to find a link on their site to this very mattress. I’ve had a queen size mattress for three years and it still is in fantastic condition, but after getting engaged I’ve upgraded to the king size and am delighted. I have idiopathic hypersomnia, a sleep disorder that means I sleep up to twenty hours per day sometimes, and it’s impossible to stress how rewarding this mattress has been for my health and both of our sleep. Don’t be intimidated by the mattress shipping in three to four parts, it’s remarkably easy to put together in person. Put the two smaller half mattresses together next to each other, then add the top layer, and seal in a mattress protector or quilted cover. These aren’t cheap. The first one has lasted for at least three years now with no sign of wear and tear, and it’s a great value buy. So long as you’re comfortable making an investment in a great mattress and able to, I can’t stress how much my sleep has improved. It’s a great value buy, and the company is quick to respond and very accommodating.

No stars. Owner was psycho and refused to take something back even though I was told they would because of allergies. Jim Owen's was helpful and honored the return until owner got involved. Their products have completely changed in quality but owner wouldn't be transparent about this. Cover used to be made in Canada now in US. Topper seemed more like a comforter. Beware, if you've bought their products before dont expect the same quality although owner Angela will simply deny this.

Excellent customer service, they are incredibly personable and treat you like your their only customer! Their products are very high quality, for a fair price. They stock many hard to find items, and I love their organic inventory. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be!

I LOVE this company. I give it 10 stars. The customer service is personalized and excellent. The owner has always taken time to answer any questions I have. She has taken time to help me choose just the perfect product for me. I have bought a winter wool comforter, several different types of pillows, and the wool mattress pad cover. These products are very versatile, have held up incredibly well through years of use by people, and big dogs and a cat, are beautiful, natural, healthy and luxurious. I rarely write reviews, and am usually only motivated when I’m really upset with a product or service, but this company is so great I just wanted to take the time to say something. You can’t go wrong at Suite Sleep. Excellent quality, service and sleep! My bed feels like a luxurious, natural, nest. ?

This is my very favorite pillow! You can add more stuffing or take some out and make it the perfect pillow for you. I love it so much that I've bought one for my dad and my husband. I highly recommend this pillow for all types of sleepers since you can customize it to your liking.

Simply the best.First encountered across the various Ace Hotel properties, we basically fell in love with the quality of sleep we got on these mattresses, then following a week in London we purchased our own. Firm and yet soft and compliant, warm and yet cool, one of those purchases we haven't regretted for a single moment.The one problem we have is that it's so comfortable our cats refuse to sleep anywhere else.

I have a knit mattress protector and four pillow covers from Suite Sleep. Have had them for years and they still look brand new. Excellent quality and fit, and a very good company to work with. Communication is as fantastic as their products.
