I was a wedding floral vendor (The Olive and Poppy) at Greystone recently. It was one of the best venue experiences of the season! Debbie was absolutely AMAZING. She set the customer service experience par way high. She was so attentive, helpful, kind, and genuinely a great human!The venue itself was beautiful, modern but cozy and rustic at the same time. I inquired with Greystone Castle while planning my wedding. Their communication was so poor that it would have been impossible to actually plan anything here. They were extremely slow in responding and rude about it too. Don't waste your time reaching out!

We were so lucky to have celebrated our wedding at Greystone. Jac and the rest of the Greystone team were so kind and caring and helped to make our day feel extra special. The food was amazing as were all of the vendors that the venue recommended. The venue is breathtakingly beautiful-- both indoor and outdoor spaces. We loved sharing such a meaningful occasion here with family and close friends and can't wait to be back to celebrate more special occasions!

Ordered meal for 4 for pickup through Tock. Arrived at the assigned time and the gate was locked and no one answered the intercom. Left one message before the voicemail was full. They still charged us. Very disappointing for such a highly regarded chef. I think it a scam. Don't waste your time. The drive is pretty... but bring your own picnic.

Had such an amazing meal at Greystone Castle! I loved the intimate, pop-up feel of this restaurant concept - it was truly a special experience. Chef Jacqueline was AMAZING! Her dishes are thoughtful, flavorful and unique. She came out to explain each dish - all ingredients were locally sourced. Will be returning!

We had an amazing experience at Greystone. The food was unique and flavorful. The chef, Jacqueline, was friendly and told us all about where the food came from and how she picked out her seasonal items. The location was beautiful and something out of a fairy tale! We will definitely be returning!

A stunning experience like no other - exceptional locally sourced cuisine packed with so much heart & soul it speaks volumes about the passion put onto this project. The castle & surrounding landscape create the most jaw dropping backdrop, creating a feeling of “sophisticated comfort.” A true work of art and a must visit when in Boulder.
