Susan at 29th street boulder T-Mobile was absolutely amazing at helping get my iPhone 15 back working after I had to get a replacement from apple after only having it for two months. The store was busy, she was multi tasking, training new associates and everything all at once. She was also awesome to talk to.

Worst phone company EVER. They will charge you for every little thing and have zero customer service. If you’re trying to decide what network to use….look elsewhere.

I needed a wifi solution fast to get my Ring security system up before a trip to Texas. The HSI eligibility tool indicated I couldn't get it at my address but I worked with Sean G. and he found I was eligible for unlimited 4G, which has worked flawlessly. It also helped us take better advantage of streaming services, some of which were offered free thru TMO.We were stressing to find a solution to make monitoring our condo and our pets possible while we were away on a family vacation. Sean was very friendly and quick. He made the activation process super easy and was very knowledgeable. So where do I start? I was a Sprint customer that is now merged with T-mobile. It took me several weeks to establish my new online account with the excuse given that there were "problems" with the Sprint merge. Now that I finally resolved that, I go to my 1st T-mobile bill and I found: I'm still being charged for my mother's phone, she died two years ago. I was double charged for my international plan while in Europe. After several phone calls, always routed to some place where I couldn't understand the accents, I was finally told I would have the International plan credited back because of I couldn't dial any numbers out. Nope, just charged me again. Finally, I was told that I would be credited back $100 towards my bill for the inconvenience (that's putting it nicely, each call I made took at least 1 hour). Nope, didn't happen. This is a terrible company. I was with Sprint for 30 years and they had their ups and downs but nothing close to this.

We visited the T-Mobile store on Arapahoe in Boulder for assistance in dealing with a fraud issue. Fortunately for us, Liam Gilligan was working. He was incredibly helpful and professional in his attempts to help us, going far beyond what we expected. It can be hard to find these days, but excellent customer service is still out there.

I have had really terrible customer service here in the past. I just left the store after working with Travis, who is absolutely phenomenal. He saw the issue that no one else has been able to figure out.

I was blown away by the manager at T-Mobile on Arap--Susan--as a stellar person, both knowledgeable and patient beyond expectations. She spent an hour helping someone with a fifteen year old phone while also directing--with calm--two other workers and their cases. On top of this, there was a man in the store--not working with anyone--who started ranting strangely and Susan was able to let him know calmly that he was being disruptive...he left and everyone in the store felt safer. She handled it perfectly. Rith is newer and learning but positive and helpful and with top-notch people skills...the kind of person you know will succeed at whatever he does (he's in college now). It's a gem moment when you see people giving 200% effort when they don't need to...that's how it felt at T-mobile yesterday...an unexpected but much appreciated treat.

Amethyst was wonderful helping my husband and I switch to T Mobile. She was funny, patient, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We walked in around 1030 on a weekday, waited about 10 minutes, and sat with her for an hour or so while she explained the pricing options, found us a discount code, and set up our lines. Our prior provider had an error releasing our numbers, an ATT issue not TMobile, so it took longer than expected. Amethyst gave us her personal cell number so we could iMessage her to follow up on the status. She even stayed late trying to resolve the ticket for us. Our phones were in service the next day thanks to her dedication despite ATT’s issue. When I called TMobile service line the next day to check on my husbands phone, which took longer than mine to work, I liked that I immediately got a friendly normal person in my area rather than being on hold and transferred and eventually dropped x times as I had with ATT in the past. So far so good!

Triage: finding out what people want, and helping those who have a QUICK problem first. If only T Mobile understood the concept.Never plan to go to any T Mobile store for any reason unless you have 1.5-2 hours to spend here, waiting around.Also, your company needs to pay employees better not try to force them to make a decent amount of money by getting people to buy equipment or phones. The sales incentives are blindly obvious, as the person who appeared to be a manager skipped 3 people who had been waiting for a super long time to help someone who wanted to buy a phone.100% disappointing experience all the way around. ?Would not recommend T Mobile to anyone at this point the phone service is terrible the customer service is worse.

Hands Down the Absolute Worst Customer Service Within the USA - & World Wide- Avoid this Place if at All Possible-I would give a Below Zero Rating if this platform Allowed. The Manager named "Amethyst" has Zero Customer Skills & Unwilling to Help on Any Level. How is it even Possible that You are Considered a Manager?T- mobile has place a $750-$800 Fraudulent Charge onto my account (I pay my bill in Full & Bring it to a Zero Balance Each and Every Month- thus it is Not for Any Service Provided by T-mobile & is Not for an Unpaid Bill)...I have been a Customer for 20 Years with the same phone number and Service- & this has been the Absolute Worst Experience I've Ever Had from a Customer Service Representative from ANY Type of Business - Amethyst was Tacky, Rude, & Disrepctful ...Completely Unwilling to Help or do ANYTHING- They...ie T- Mobile "Manager Amethyst Absolutely Does NOT Care about Their Customers in the Very Least...Zero Customer Repore or Basic Sense of Humanity - Very Robotic in Nature- - What a Shame - After 20 Years of Being a Customer- it means Absolutely Nothing - I Would Hope that "Manager Amethyst" Resigns - She has Absolutely No Place Working within a Customer Service Environment - Amethyst You need a Job Working Any Place In which You ABSOLUTELY Do NOT Work with People - Since You Seem to have a Complete disconnect of Your Basic Humanity - Perhaps it would best Suit You to Work with Machines Only - After this Completely Beyond Frustrating Experience - You have been the Deciding Factor for me to move my Business to Verizon & NEVER look back at T-mobile Again- Extremely Poor Business- I Hope You Resugn before You causeT-mobile to lose more of Their Customers of Over 20 Years. UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE-

Amythest was the worst to work with. She was rude and disrespectful. Not even sure how she made it to manager position. Would not recommend this store to anybody. T-Mobile has the worst customer service base when it comes to trying to fix my bill and buying a new phone.
