The optical department sold me a pair of glasses that did not work for me, retested me for $80., then said they couldn't help me, collected their $80. and sent me to another optical place' Not good customer service at all.

Super bummed that somewhere I enjoyed for so long was unmasked as another soulless corporation. I'll be shopping at the Bookworm in Boulder for books, Pig and Pearl Secondhand for clothes and household stuff, and smaller local grocers, such as Nude Foods, and the family owned Niwot Market... period.

No more Target since they dropped DEI initiatives and nonrenewed alliances with black and brown vendors. Byeeeeee. Deleted my account and dumped the app. Haven't missed it one bit.

I've been to a lot of Targets and this one hits the mark (sorry, couldn't resist). Store is always clean and shoppable. I love that Target has a rewards program now. Great prices compared to most of the other grocery/retail stores in town. They have nearly everything you need to avoid buying from King Bezos. The Good & Gather brand is a solid alternative for price and quality. Trading card selection could use a boost. Starbucks could go away and I wouldn't miss it. Staff is generally friendly and easy to communicate with. They're not pushy salespeople at all. I'm impressed with the overall quality of new hires given the nature of idiots that CU tends to release into the wild. Hours are perfect. About as close as we'll ever get to being open late-night and I'll take it. Returns does a phenomenal job at getting. it. done. As a former retail employee of many years, I must say, Returns is the best trained department in the whole store. If you disagree with this, turn around, remove stick. Front end/self checkout staff is about as top-notch as it gets. Some hiccups here and there but self checkout was never meant to be glorious. Well done front end. My only complaint is... wen 24 hours? 10/10. 5 stars. Double high-five. Keep it up Target Boulder.

I wish I could be able to rate Traget - Boulder less than 1. Today I visited the Optical section the employee was so ride and unhelpful. I tried to be nice and said thank you but she did not bother answering. This the second time happened yo me in the same branch. I reported online nothing happened they literally dont care at all. Not Recommended At All

This target hasn’t had hand baskets for months now, have fun walking around the store with a full size cart or just carrying your purchases around by hand

Can be crazy in the store at times, so I usually do late night pickup after my shift at work. They always pack my items quickly, with care, and meet me at my car with a smile. Love this target!

I’d give them one star if I could rude horrible people that hate their lives and try to ruin Christmas presents I’ll never shop here druggies everywhere they don’t care about their customers buy something for them to cancel ur order when ur going to pick up after it was ready to say it’s out of stock next time you order it get better staff

So sad this store allows political protestors to attach banners and whatnot to their property (the fence on the corner) and use customer parking when they clearly are shopping at the store. By allowing them to do this, it shows partisan support
