I came in looking for a glasses repair kit and thankfully Reonna came to the rescue! I presented a challenge with missing nose pad and a missing screw but she didn’t back down from the challenge!! Although she couldn’t find a perfect fitting screw she managed to fix my missing nose pad, gave me a new one to match, and gave a suggestion of where we might be able to find the exact screw! I absolutely appreciated her taking the time to talk and work some magic! Definitely a wonderful person!

This is an update on my previous review which I deleted.
First, let me say, Dr. Krueger is great. There was a problem with my new prescription and when I finally got to see her through all the gatekeepers, she was awesome.
As to the customer service when I had the problem; Terrible!!
I was respectful about the problem and trying to solve the problem. I want to repeat, I was respectful and not a jerk.
I was told by one snotty individual that I should take a refund and go somewhere else.
After seeing Dr. Krueger, who patiently worked with me, my prescription was fine tuned and new lenses were ordered.
I am sticking with the one start but it ha nothing to do with Dr. Krueger.

Excellent customer service. Needed a nose pad replacement for my Oakleys and they were able to find the perfect nose pad to fit my glasses. Thanks, Target Optical!

They fixed my glasses which was missing a screw on one stem. The cleaned it and didn't charge me a buck! They are awesome!

Had an exceptionally frustrating experience here. First, they ordered me the wrong contacts. Second, the prescription they measured for glasses was WILDLY wrong and they refused to admit it (a full point higher than last year, despite my contact prescription not changing at all). For both issues, they refused to work with me or provide any options.

I got an exam done which went well. I decided to order glasses from a different company online and Reanna did an amazing job adjusting my glasses, educating me on the best way to clean them, and was extremely nice and great overall.

Don’t go here! I had an eye exam at this location, and the doctor had no idea what she was doing. I had a hunch that the results I got here were off (she tried to gaslight me into believing that both of my eyes required the same prescription, which has never been the case before).
She also gave me some “trial contacts” that: 1) Weren’t even the same prescription she wrote me (again, she gaslit me by saying they’d work) and 2) Caused major discomfort in both eyes.
I ended up going to an actual optometrist a few weeks later, who confirmed that my eyes do not need the same prescription. She gave me a prescription that actually works, and get this, it was off by 0.5 in one eye and a full 1.0 in the other compared to what I was given at this location.
The exam here felt rushed, extremely unprofessional, and was a total waste of $200. If you want accurate and reliable vision care, steer far away from this place. First and last time I will ever go here.

went in with a basic contact question and left with more knowledge than i expected. annie was an excellent help and very knowledgeable. aside the fact that she was very kind and courteous, she took her time and made sure i had no questions or doubts left. will definitely be back to get my glasses and contacts here

Target Optical has always been my preferred destination for eye exams and for the top-notch service they bring to helping me select, purchase, and adjust the perfect eyeglasses. Because I happen to have a larger head and lopsided ears, it takes at least a few weeks to get any new pair of glasses into the correct shape, so I appreciate that when the staff sees me coming (over and over again) they are courteous & welcoming each and every time. Aspen has assisted me twice this week with my new sets of glasses, and I could not be happier with the customer service provided. Thank you so much, and I’ll likely be back sooner than expected!
