Do not use this shop! My daughter (college aged) went in for a bad starter. They gave her a quote for $875 which is quite a bit higher than other places we checked AND told her that they needed a decision in 30 minutes. She declined their services, was charged for a starter test (which we knew would be charged), then they tacked on a fee for the remaining work she declined to do with them. They were generally difficult to work with in other ways as well, for example they told her to come pick up the car in a two hour time window, weren't ready (car was still apart when she arrived), and told her to come back the next day (the day she worked). Not a fan - it feels like they were trying to prey on a college student

I want to give these guys a compliment! They have been so kind and amazing to me to provide great customer service, good price, and knowledgeable input on their work.I recently needing to do an estimate for my car that I was trying to sell with a friend, she needed a specific estimate on certain things that I did not know till I arrived with my appointment. I was not able to get a service at the moment and they were so kindly explaining the cost of specific things for me what it would be cost, and how the test goes. I had to leave in the middle of it with personal issues. But they were so nice and understanding with my concerns.These guys had years of experiences and very nice to a female like me that had no idea about car.The gentleman that helped me is Dong.Keep up the work guys! Thank you!!!

Just had rear brakes done here on '11 4Runner, and they had me in-and-out same day. Had them quote a price about a year ago for this, and price paid this week was almost the same...indicating consistency/honesty with pricing. I accidentally over-paid via cash (new bills stuck together), and they were quick to confirm and get me the extra back! Would recommend. Thanks friendly service Mike!

Friendly, efficient, and honest. I’ve taken 2 pretty problematic vehicles to them over the years, and they’re always ready to explain each issue in detail with the cost of parts + labor broken down. And they aren’t looking to take advantage of you! They’ve actually advised me to NOT fix certain things, remembering my financial goals from the start. Even my dad, an anti-repair-shop DIY dude, admitted this place is somewhere he trusts for me to visit. Thank you (especially Mike)!
