I recently purchased a used car with a rebuilt title from a dealership. They told me they could fix an issue with the trunk not fully sealing, but turns out they couldn’t because the frame was damaged. They initially refused to give me a refund, but because Brice was willing to make a statement that the vehicle was unsafe to drive, the dealership settled and provided me a full refund. Brice, you made a huge difference in my life and I cannot thank you enough.

I had been in contact with Luke via email because my panels had shifted after a car accident. I have a Subaru Forester. When I swung by, Luke realigned the panels (as a courtesy) so that there was no more friction and the passenger door could close properly. I am absolutely floored by his kindness, expertise and calm demeanor. I absolutely recommend this place!!!

Boulder Bump shop did a great job fixing up my WRX in a reasonable time. They perfectly blended the paint and fixed all the trim. My car looked brand new. They accidentally scratched my ceramic tint but we're willing to pay for the replacement on it. I didn't notice for an entire month after the repairs but they still helped me out. Elizabeth and Luke are great. Luke, gave me plenty of updates during the process. Boulder Bump also quoted me at a better price than Caliber Collision and other competitors.

Bump Shop has gone above and beyond on making sure me and my friends/family are taken care of. They are more communicative than any other auto repair business I’ve worked with. It’s clear they’re committed to delivering an excellent client experience. Yeah, delays and setbacks happen, but they are nothing but transparent about it. Particularly to my experience, Carlos was fantastic as a client-facing staff member, the front office workers were patient and caring, and Luke is doing an impressive job of going above and beyond as a leader running a small business here in Boulder, especially since most of their clients are naturally stressed out because they’re dealing with the pains of needing car repairs. Absolutely my number one rec for anyone needing to deal with car issues here.

I was somewhat hesitant at taking my car to this BBS because I've heard that while they do good work, they're quite expensive. In actuality, I found that their pricing was very competitive with other shops in the Boulder area. As with most collision claims, hidden damage was revealed when the car was disassembled. This required BBS to order additional parts. As soon as the parts came in the shop, BBS installed them on my car & let me know it was ready for pick up. When I came in to get my car, it had been detailed to the extent that it looked nicer than when I bought it. I'm very appreciative for the quality of work, as well as the attention to customer service they provided. WTG BBS!

I’m so impressed. The work took longer than I’d hoped but it was worth the wait. They did a perfect job on my 4Runner. Better than I’d expected. The icing on the cake is they detailed my truck inside and out before giving it back. Really good communication and customer service from start to finish. Thank you so much guys!

Office team and mechanic team do not communicate well with one another. That happened more than 3 times while getting my front bumper replaced. They also kept my car for 3+ weeks so they could order the piece wait a week or two and then work on my car, which was not communicated before I dropped off the car on my appointment. Just not a smooth process at all. The staff were friendly but I wouldn’t go back.

I can’t think the crew at Boulder Bump more. I had come across from Eastern Oregon and some local diner thought a rat hunter shot out my window. Needless to say I looked at my burger at the same time. I was running to Boulder to get on a plane and takeoff basically dropped in for a quick conversation, the crew was on. It ordered the glass and I jumped on a plane. Thanks again so much for your professionalism and understanding of my crazy life in planes trains and automobiles can’t recommend you guys more highly. Great pro team to work with and get things done when things go wrong.

We had a bad experience with our vehicle repairs at the Boulder bump shop. Initially we were told that the repair was going to take no more than 2 weeks, so we scheduled a rental car that we paid out of pocket for those 2 weeks. Bryce called me and told me that the car was going to be done on that Friday of the second week so we returned the rental back. After we had returned the rental car back I got a call back from Bryce and he said that the car was not going to be done, he also said that they needed to order a radiator hose to finish the car and that car will be done on Monday. Monday came around and I had to call Bryce since he didn’t call me with an update, and he said that the car was 80% done and just needed to install the front bumper. Tuesday came around and Bryce called me and he said that now they needed an a/c clamp and that the clamp was going to be delivered on Wednesday and that he was going to reach out to me to pick up my completed car. On Wednesday I had to call Bryce and left him a voicemail to cal me but he didn’t. On Thursday Bryce called me and told me that the car will be ready and could pick it up in the afternoon. We showed up to pick up the car and the car had scratches and a clear coat run that they should of saw and repaired it before making us drive 1 hour to pick it up. Now we will need to drive another hour to take the car back and have those issues fixed, when they already had 4 extra days and could of caught those blemishes. I was offered to get a refund back for the extra 6 days of the rental car , but we had already returned the rental, and they wanted a receipt in order to get any kind of compensation, we just ended borrowing a car for those 6 days. At the end Luke (owner) made it right by refunding us the cost of the rental car, repairing the blemishes and overseeing the entire process with updates. I do recommend this place and you have any issues just request to speak with Luke and he will address any issues .Thanks Boulder bump shop.
