Working with The Shade Store from the start of meeting with Michelle Oviatt who patiently helped in product selection along with stepping in at the last minute to reroute product delivery to their store location, has made the whole experience sooo easy. The extra bonus is the finished product that was professionally installed with no issues. Thank you so much and hope we get to work together again!!

I feel compelled to write this given I trusted the great reviews on here when selecting the Shade Store (my store is Boulder but this is a Shade Store issue overall). I have had SO many issues - its a complete joke.To summarize:- blinds were not measured correctly so multiple items needed to be remade. Hoping to not have many different mounting holes :|- drape rods were hung obviously crooked (verified this was a laser & contractor) but installer maintained my windows and trim were not level!- multiple roman shades arrived filthy - have multiple stains and marks that dont come off (requiring more remakes). One completely damaged.- orders were delivered missing components (meaning my electrician couldn't complete the install) & I had to request multiple times to get the parts sent out before my shades could be operational (couldn't lower the blinds in my kids bedrooms)- I was told I was getting a VIP customer service rep due to my large order, but she only responds sometimes and communication is very limited- they seldom send the same installer so no-one really knows what's going on - easier to pass the blame this way- FIVE install dates and counting so far... I should start charging for MY time- was not informed at time of order that my fabric choice was backordered delaying some of my shades considerably... I could go on, but hopefully you get the pointNote: I ordered end of Nov '23. Writing this as of mid-March '24... its not the quick turn-around as discussed when ordering.The whole thing is completely disorganized, and the quality is seriously lacking (stains, pulled threads, and generally looks cheap). Definitely another case of suck you in with a pretty showroom but delivering cheap product with clearly no quality control.

Very disappointed with the customer service and communication. Overall not a great experience, no one seems to be able or willing to help resolve any issues or offer alternatives. Considering the premium you pay, you don’t get the customer service experience that backs it up. They’ll happily take your money then cancel your appointments to give to someone else; sell you discontinued fabrics, then not offer alternative replacements.

We had an all around incredible experience with The Shade Store. Michelle is absolutely wonderful to work with and she provided terrific consultation throughout the selection, purchasing, and scheduling process. The measurements and installation were professionally executed and we are so happy with the quality and functionality of the shades throughout our new home. We highly recommend The Shade Store!

Anastazia was great to work with and helped guide me towards a better fit for my windows (despite it being LESS expensive than what I had originally picked!). There were some delays with product availability but they were in good communication along the way. We love the final product and are super happy with our choice!

Anastazia was incredibly helpful and patient in explaining all of the products and answering our questions. We are thrilled with the motorized solar shades we purchased. While pricey, they are just perfect, mechanism is incredibly smooth, programming and install was simple. Great experience and blinds that will last and look great for years to come.

It was great working with the Shade Store Boulder for motorized shades. Michelle was THE BEST, helping us with every step of the process, always kind, always helpful and creative. We would happily work with her again and again. Andrew was a great installer as well. Definitely recommend!

We had a tricky shade install for a sliding door with a transom for our master bedroom. The Shade Store staff did a great job providing guidance on the best solution, and every step of the process was seamless (they communicated clearly about when they were coming to measure and install, and the people who came were quick and professional). And the final product is beautiful!

First of all, I never review, but in this case I have to because I absolutely love my shades that I got for my wine shop. They are elegant, minimal, and beautiful, which is exactly what I was looking for.I could not have done this without the help of Anastazia. She was truly a joy to work with and helped me navigate every aspect down to the finest of details. I would highly recommend her and The Shade Store for anyone looking improve their homes/businesses.

What a relief to find a window dressing/shade company that has top notch service, fantastic sales people (thank you Anastazia!) who know the business, and super competent measurers and installers. Absolutely great customer service from The Shade Store. They sent me a replacement part for a shade that is 11 years old. That is so great. It separates the great companies from the others. And, their stuff is really cool.
