I give five stars because theres this tall gentleman that is so kind and beyond professional. Not sure if he is manager but he has the most elite manager vibes. There was a young college dude working when i got there unfortunately. Some of the worst customer service lol. Like wickedly bad. Didn’t care at all. Hope you get to read this man. Be better. Be like that really kind tall guy in regards to customer service. Amazon wouldnt send me a pdf for a third party return. He told me he couldnt help me and to figure it out with amazon. I also needed to recover tracking numbers for returns to which he said was impossible. He shut down everything. Well the tall dude overheard and literally printed me out the non pdf label and got me the tracking numbers because i knew i should ask him

Another fake UPS. Went around there and saw nothing but dorms. Just avoid all UPS’s in Boulder within a 5 mile radius

The fact that you have to pay for parking just to drop off a package is pretty infuriating but otherwise it's an average UPS . Add some free 15 minute parking spots.

Sent a card and gift to CU Boulder student over 2 weeks ago. Now UPS stores handle CU student mail. Student never received my card and gift but got a text saying address on my card was incorrect. Called UPS today and got another store since phone was transferred. Woman was very nice and explained the Kittridge store handled HLET dorm and my call must have been automatically transferred. She said wrong addresses are automatically sent back and student wouldn’t have been contacted.Tried several times to reach Kittridge store and finally got a message option. Waiting…Haven’t gotten the card back…Haven’t received a call back from UPS…

I ordered SKI POLES, and I go to the UPS store to get my SKI POLES. The employee proceeds to bring my package up and make a call to there supervisor. I’m thinking what’s taking so long because they are just SKI POLES. The employee addresses me and proceeds to tell me that I need to show government ID and at this point I’m very confused. I say that I don’t have it on me and they said I had to be 21 to accept this package. Someone that works for the schools UPS store wrote in sharpie on my package that had SKI POLES that I had to be over 21 to accept it. But the manufacturer online never asked me my age when I checked out because you can buy ski poles at 6 years old… very disappointed in CU Boulders UPS store and would love for someone to explain to me why I have to be 21 to accept SKI POLES when the manufacturer didn’t even ask that question…

The best UPS Store experience I have had. Couldn't be nicer, faster, more helpful. In and out in a couple minutes. Maybe it was b/c school was on break, but I had to ship a couple Amazon returns and they offered exceptional service, fast and easy! Thank you!

Great customer service. I left the ups store at 1630 30th street because the teller was rude. The teller at this location was great!
