The manager, Mher was remarkably unpleasant (and the feedback from the staff was that his behavior wasn’t an aberration), I would absolutely recommend renting equipment elsewhere. The rest of the staff was fantastic. It’s unfortunate for Home Depot to have a person like Mher bringing down the rest of their team.

I rented a sander for a day, I used it, then I returned it… It was tight

Made an online order through the store. I was overcharged, and corporate help just hangs up while you are on hold, so nothing I can do. Store can't refund either.

Old lady at the checkout desk was extremely unhelpful, impatient, and mean at every corner without any reason. I should have said something to a manager

I'd give the place 4 or 5 stars if not for that pushy solar panel salesman near the front door.

Bravo and THANK YOU to our Boulder Home Depot for the wonderful "above and beyond" customer service we experienced late Friday afternoon. We found what we needed and when our item didn't fit in my little car, our awesome HD employee helped us tie it up on our roof. I know we have all sorts of AI, ChatGPT, Starlink, SpaceX etc. - but if we could just clone Mark the lumber supervisor, the world would be a better place!

Nope, nope, nope, no no no no nope! Home Depot wouldn't know customer service if it crashed into their building, ran naked through their store, and stole their lumber all while shouting "my name is Customer Service!"I'm fairly certain if that happened, no one would care. During a visit, I swung by Customer Service to pick up my online order I'd made the evening before. 3 employees were standing at the first register chatting away. They all look back at me, then carried on with their conversation, turning their backs to me even more. I guess no one told them that just because you can't see me, doesn't mean I can't see you -- I'm sure they failed at hide-n-seek every time. But thinking maybe just maybe they're on break, I patiently waited. After a few minutes, the ladies dispersed (everyone else at customer service was still busy with other customers), but 1 stayed and kept her back turned to me. I was having a great afternoon so I decided to quietly stare at the back of her head until she turned around. She did eventually and welcomed me to her register with the greatest amount of negative enthusiasm I've ever seen. I got the item I prepaid for and was out of there. My 10 minute pick up should've been 2 minutes since she literally just had to put my item on a cart, which I already had with me. But nope. She wanted to chat and I wasn't going to be "that" lady so I waited.Kindness is a bitter enema that I'll happily serve to the deserving few.

This location doesn't price match !! So embarrassing. I had double checked the website first and made sure what I needed would be included in price match, got everything and headed to checkout. Also they employ a lot of stoned high-school age kids so I didn't really push it, she might have just not wanted to bother unlocking a computer, even though it wasn't busy. i'm not gonna argue with a high schooler lol so I left. it sucked to waste gas going there. And the embarrassment of not being able to buy what I took to checkout.

I don't know what can be said about this Home Depot that hasn't already been said about the Russia/Ukraine War. I travel up and down the entire Colorado front range for work and I have been to every HD on the map. NO WHERE compares to how awful this location is. it's so awful I just wrote my very first internet review at 35 years old.You will not find what you need. You will not get help. You will not find a cart. You will not go through self-checkout without being made to feel like a criminal. You will not get anything out of this experience that you were hoping to get. Do yourself the favor and drive from Boulder to the location on Santa Fe in Denver if you want to get the job done.

Disrespectful staff was a surprise, especially when the job really isn't that hard (point out where something is and let me checkout). Growing up I always thought of home depot as straightforward, which is why I liked it. today however, I asked simply why a door was shut for the exit and where to go instead which I was promptly replied to by and elderly lady who worked there with the reason along with unnecessary attitude and cursing (a bit of an over reaction, don't you think?). I get it, retail can be hard, I work in retail and am well aware of it, but that doesn't mean you take it out on someone who askes a simple question. My suggestion, go to McGuckins or Lowe's, maybe there you'll have people who don't act like a donkey over simple questions.

My spouse was in standing in long line to check out. There were two men behind her. One of the check out people opened up a new lane. Instead of asking the her to come over first as she has been waiting in line longer, he (the checkout person) asked the two men to come over. She indicated to the check out person that she had been waiting longer but was brushed off. Abysmal display of customer service and likely misogyny. Recommend McGuckins in town if you can go there, the customer service there is 100x better.

Employees actively avoid you when asking for help and when you do get help it is abysmal. Would recommend just going to McGuckins instead since it's closeby

Super rude lady who claimed to be a Human Resources district manager named Kathleen Wunrow Elmore called me today harassing me and trash talking about my son and his end of employment there. I told her yes he no longer works there due to a hostile work environment and toxic relations with management. She goes on to explain to me that he is not allowed to work there? I’m like ya he hasn’t worked there for a long time I get it. She was such a b* I don’t understand why this rude unhappy woman called me today except to be rude and nasty I felt was harassing behavior. Nope won’t be shopping at Home Depot again. I guess there’s a reason they always have a “now hiring” sign out front and very unhappy staff. Ugh get a life “Kathleen Elmore” geez ?
