Showed up for a reservation only for the key lockbox to be empty. Called customer support and all they could do was send me out of my way to another location. What’s more is this added up to more miles driving and all they could say was “too bad”. Awesome.

I needed a cargo van, walked in with no booking and got one with the minimum of effort and not much wait. Since it's at a gas station with reasonable prices, refueling before return is particularly easy.

I reserved a truck for a 24 hour period the day before I needed it. I showed up the following day and they said I had to return in in 9 hours because they rented it out to someone else early the following day. I reminded them I had a reservation for 24 hours, and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. So I was allowed to have it only 9 hours--no discount--and I was then overcharged by at least $30. Now they don't answer their phones to remedy the situation; probably because they have caller id. Not good business.

Don't please. My bill went from 19 to 80. And they seam to be a u haul contractor that don't know what the are doing.

If I could rate them ZERO stars I would, I wanted to drop off a tow dolly at that location and was told to take it some where else! He didn't want it.
