Horrible!! They are incredibly rude and slow. I understand it's COVID and it's tough trying to bring service to a bunch of angry people, but I don't possibly understand how they are so slow! Two slots open and the line is all the way across 28th. It was horrible! Not to mention, there was no reason to be rude! I was irritated because I couldn't get lunch during my work break because I spent the entire time in line, but at least I was kind and gave the respect any human being deserves. They were completely rude and wouldn't provide any sort of help to make future process easy. DO NOT BANK HERE!!

I opened an account for my nonprofit about 6 weeks ago, and it has been a complete nightmare from end to end. The only bright spot is the staff at this branch, who were lovely, but can't overcome the disaster that is US Bank. When I opened the account (at the branch), it took a while, and rather than keep them past closing time, I told them they could just send me my debit card and PIN, which I didn't want anyway. What they apparently didn't know was that without a PIN, you can't set up your online account or anything else, as it is core to their security protocols. When the password I was given for the online account didn't work, I was stuck. After many phone calls trying to get that straightened out, I gave up and waited for the PIN to arrive. Then it didn't work. More calls, more snail mail, finally got a PIN that worked. Then began the saga of trying to get my nonprofit accountant set up for shared access to my account. Turns out US Bank had just released an updated web process for that, and it didn't actually work (and they acknowledged this). Apparently they don't actually test features before releasing them. Six times I had to register her for access, then discover that the system had messed up, then unregister her. Many, many hours spent with Customer Service. Finally, after several weeks, my accountant was able to log in to my account, only to discover that she did not have access to my bank statements. I called Customer Service again to discover that US Bank does not include bank statements in shared access. They allow access to all individual transactions, but not to statements! No one could explain this idiotic policy. So that was the last straw for me. I'm closing the account and looking elsewhere.

Our family has been banking here for decades. This branch has had unethical practices, including enrolling us in a line of credit without our awareness when we opened another account (prior accounts opened at other branches). No bills were ever sent and astronomically fees were charged (apx. 40%!) for a few small overages, ones that could have been covered at any given time with funds in our other accounts if only we had been notified. The assistant manager was unable to resolve and did not respond to emails asking who could help if she could not. The branch manager, Sophia, was also not helpful, took zero responsibility and supported sending the account to collections. Sadly, this was our worst banking experience ever.

Do NOT try to get a mortgage from Rob at US Bank in Boulder. He completely blind-sighted me with false hope that my loan would be easy. He kept saying "hang in there, we'll figure something out" but he never made any real effort to get my loan approved and left me with a "sorry" email at 5pm on my loan deadline.

The teller here rendered bad service and charged $7.00 for cashing a $107.00 paycheck. I certainly wouldn't recommend this branch for any service,

The teller I just had late on a Friday was very personable, helpful and efficient! They have lots of lanes at this bank both inside and out which helps move the process along. It's also the most convenient location in town. Just kinda sticks when pulling out of the drive through and you can't access Canyon easily. Otherwise great.

Most of the people that work at this location are awesome! They all make an effort to remember who I am and to provide me with the quick and thorough service I need. The line is never too long either. The only pitfall is that parking can be awful.
