Good interactions with all staff. I was happy they had two vet techs during procedure as our cat seemed to really appreciate having someone to hug. Everyone seems to really care about cats. I've been able to get last-minute appointments when our cats have been in trouble

I love the office environment and the staff is always friendly! Our cats don't seem to mind going for a visit and are always treated very well. The exams are thorough and the emailed reports are extremely detailed, which is nice!
