3/7/2024 around 9am. Absolutely rude and bothered employee. I'm the only person in the store and the guy is wholly bothered by having to do his job. The skinny white kid with the spotty brown beard. Who knew shipping a package via a commercial account could be so bothersome.

I didn’t get the names of the super helpful young gentleman who waited on me at this store earlier today, but they went above & beyond to help me package a heavy & unruly hose into a box for return! I am super grateful for the assistance & will definitely be back. Thanks, fellas!

Best experience ever!1. They removed the heavy, unpackaged items from my car without me asking.2. Helped me finalize the packaging.3. Measured and weighed each package.4. I created the labels on my laptop and sent them to the store.5. Best yet! There was music and a little bit of singing.BEST UPS STORE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Wonderful and helpful staff. Great options to do just about anything that you need to get done! I would say that the staff are both knowledgeable AND willing to go the extra mile to help. I saw someone come in and treat them very poorly and all they did was remain professional and polite, trying to offer different ways they could help. Alas, the lady left in a huff, without listening to any of the sincere offers to help her.

This is the second time I have gone to this UPS Store and it will be my last. The attitude of the staff is terrible, especially the young guy taking my packages (around 2pm on 3/23/23, in case the manager reads these reviews). Rude and condescending tone from the first interaction. He acted as if he hates his job and he was annoyed that he had to wait on me. I had several returns and one small one that was supposed to be "customer packed", which I brought in the original clear bag in which it was shipped to me. He told me I needed a box, or a bag that wasn't clear and "not a trash bag either". I said it was the original bag in which it was shipped and I didn't have a box. He responded "well, I could sell you a box for like $10." Umm, no thanks, not paying $10 for a small box for a return that is supposed to be free. I left and went to the UPS Customer Center on Pearl St. The employee there was friendly and helpful and helped me with my return for free. My advice, skip this store and go to the UPS Customer Center on Pearl.

We use this store for 13 years. No matter the changes in sales people (Judy is always there, for all these years!) they are always very kind, reliable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I can not believe that some reviews are negative: please remember that you do not review the UPS in general, but people in this particular store are honest and work very hard.To Rob A: a notary is supposed to write N/A if the second person is not present! I use Wells Fargo notary, once I brought the signed (by myself) document to be notarized and they sent me home to re-print it, because I must sign in their presence - they must actually see me signing. Yes, they had my ID, yes, only my signature was present/needed (no one else's), yes, they know me personally for years, but they still have the rules which they must follow. Yes, I was very upset, but I did not blame THEM. Your review is not fair.

Really nice staff, very helpful but when UPS delivered my package damaged and I filed a claim to receive the insurance money - last July. I'm still waiting. And, I have called and talked to the local guy no less than a dozen times. He says he's trying but there has been no resolution and I have not received my insurance money.Very frustrating. There's no point paying for insurance if getting paid is not going to happen!
