This location is “closed forever” as per the signage. Head to a different location.

My first visit was great; I was helped by a young clerk who was friendly, pleasant and efficient. She helped me mail a package, and had me in and out in just a few minutes. My second visit was quite the opposite. I waited patiently at the "wait here until you are called" line on the floor without being acknowledged, so I walked to the window. Again, moments went by as I stood awkwardly without being acknowledged, until the older woman at the window glanced up and said "How can I help you? You're just standing there..." I needed to drop off a prepaid package, and asked for a receipt, and was told "Well I'll scan it in, but there's no receipt to give you."If you're unable to make it through the day and greet and help customers in a courteous manner, then maybe offering postal services isn't for you. I'm sure that operating as a USPS location is the only thing keeping this gift shop in business, but I'll be utilizing other offices from now on.

Not sure why they call this a post office. Woman at the counter was extremely rude, would not accept a general delivery package.

I love going to this post office/gift shop! It's nearby and I've always had good experiences with them. The women who run the store are nice and helpful; one will even let you know the cheapest way to ship your package! However, keep in mind that there only seems to be two employees in the store at a time so waits can get long, but they're doing the best they can.

I really appreciate how nice and helpful the staff are. They also sell cute gifts to look at while you wait in line.

It's actually a combo post office gift shop and the owner is absolutely lovely. Very helpful and I've been able to send packages easily. A great experience overall

The young lady here is friendly, helpful and fast. You can be in and out of here in a few minutes. Have been going to this post office for three years now and have had great experiences. Thank you!

Reviews don't seem to match with my experience. Visited twice in the last two weeks to send certified mail, staff was very friendly and helpful. Also very fast with their mail service.

I can't believe how bad these reviews are. Maybe the rude lady got fired or something because the lady who's always there when I'm shipping something out is very polite. I've never had an issue and have used the post office there a few times.

Extremely rude when informing you that, "this is a gift shop, you NEED to call the 800 number" for USPS. Renaming the place to make it clear it's not a full service location would probably be a sound idea if these calls are frustrating enough to get nasty over.

Wonderful Gunbarrel shop for cards, gifts, and US Postal services. Customer service is fast, accurate, friendly and helpful. Wait line typically less than a couple minutes, often none. NOTE HOURS CAREFULLY !! Shop closes for lunch. Also, postal counter stops accepting mail around 4 pm and cannot hold mail overnight for the next day. Ample parking. For over a decade they've handled all my U.S. Postal needs without any problem. This is a little gem, privately owned, and much preferred to a govt-operated post office.

This is not a full service post office location. It is a contract office, run by and located within a private business. The employees are not postal workers. Be aware of this beforehand.

No package drop off. They'll make you wait in line, even for an hour just to leave one pre-paid package. They set up the store interior to force you to go through their entire shop before reaching the counter, and have signs demanding you follow their route.

Snappy and rude. She (passively aggressively) let me know that it was her lunch break but she'd help me anyhow. She was so snappy and rude during our interaction that I decided to leave. I told her that I felt uncomfortable and like I wasn't being treated well. Instead of apologizing, she blamed it on me arriving during her lunch break and actually followed me out to my car to tell me how “unbelievable†I was. Yikes!!
